  • November 11, 2004 - Standing at just 5-foot-5, Eastern Michigan legend Earl Boykins put on a show against the Detroit Pistons, becoming the shortest player in NBA history to score 30 points, finishing with 32 altogether in a 117-109 Denver Nuggets win. Connecting on a 11-of-15 shots from the floor, Boykins' performance was a mere preview of what was to come, as he set new career highs in 2006 (33) and 2007 (36 as a member of the Milwaukee Bucks).
Boykins played 13 years of NBA basketball, likely peaking in 2007 when he averaged 14.6 points per game while shooting 39.7 percent from three.
