Sniper Elite 2 is the last one on Chronological order from the inovation of this franchise from 2012.
Sniper 3, 4 and 5 are prequels to it
weird, because in 4 and 5 you kill hitler. Body Doubles, I guess?
For me, SEV2 and SE4 are pretty evenly matched. Both are competent shooters and are unique in their own ways. SE3 however is riddled with immersion breaking glitches, and the close quarters combat is somehow worse than SEV2 due to the occasional input lag (character keeps running for a few seconds after being prompted to stop and pressing aim and fire sometimes won't respond).
V2 still the best, the level designs were evolved around being linear but at the same time has is so assimetrycal. You can actually use a entire bulding to play as a Sniper, something that I felt I wasn't able to do that much in the sequels. I guess because it could be the setting
I think v2 feels to clunky and also I think it has to much close quarters combat for a sniping game.

Almost every comment is "Awesome video friend, love the gameplay, have a beautiful evening!!" which is not realistic. Just go watch any other video, normal human comments are completely different and more random. I'm not saying these are bots, these are humans who were paid to comment on the video.

Kinda crazy how v2 remastered came out after 4 but looks worse than 3. Idk how they remastered it but you would think they just take the graphics and some assets from 4

for those who played as teens in 2005 the original version, nothing will ever come close to V2. Linear missions and great dynamics compared to the original.

Sniper v2 is better coz no paying for more of ur game unlike sniper 4 that has a session pass that will set you back 55$ price of another full game you could be playing!!

V2 is by far the worst, enemies can see you from way too far, they have insane accuracy and the game is very clunky, altho the maps are beautiful, by far the best maps in the series

Love SE 5, i recently got SE 2 thru 4 and all their dlc to play on sale, completed V2 remastered on sniper elite difficulty, it has really cool levels and setting but coming from SE 5 i did not enjoy the gameplay as much and the cheating sniper AI and ai in general was not fun to play against in the chokingly linear maps, after beating the campaign and one dlc mission i had to switch to 3. I started SE 3 and this is where they started getting the formula of the game right, maps are better, setting isn't as cool as V2 but still cool, and melee combat and stealth are actually viable options unlike V2. Completed SE 3 and dlc on sniper elite difficulty and it was alot of fun, i know im going to love SE 4 when i switch to it if i liked SE 5 and 3 since SE 4 is regarded as the best in level design and gameplay

Yo me pillé en ofertas la colección de los 5 sniper élite en steam el primero, el 2 y el 2 remastered, el 3 y el 4. (en opinión personal si ves esta oferta pillala es muy buena) te recomiendo jugar el 2 remastered la verdad gráficamente si cambia bastante agregan nuevas texturas y todo pero la ia del juego deja mucho que desear sin embargo no quita que tenga los mejores niveles que he jugado en toda la saga (te hubiera recomendado el primer sniper élite el que salió para la ps2 y está de venta en steam sin embargo no lo hice ya que ese juego ha envejecido muy mal a nivel de jugabilidad en la actualidad si no puedes Comprarte todos sniper élite 2 remastered es tu opción! (por cierto si entras con la ilusión de jugar el online dejame decirte que los servidores al menos en donde yo lo juego que es un pc están la mayoría vacíos en el caso de sniper élite 1, 2 y 3! Espero haberte ayudado genio muy recomendado los sniper élite! Ahora voy a probar el 5.
