@@funnyguygrayson5163 well considering that Neck Deep IS a band from the UK..it probably is a “ripoff”. Although I think you’re using the wrong word to describe that entirely..lol. You can’t “rip off” a place in..a song. You can write songs ABOUT places, or you can REFERENCE places in your song (like Neck Deep is probably doing here). On top of that, “sonder” is an actual word, so “Sonderland” is probably a pun/play on words for “Sunderland” to describe the world were living in. Nobody is ripping anything off. Just a band writing a song with a really clever title about the world we live in lol.

Neck Deep meets the story so far
brevity
The only thing missing from the intro is “I’m an evil motherfucker Joe, you know that?” from the story so far’s brevity. Best song off the album
So I'm _not_ the only one. I've had this song in a playlist on shuffle with Brevity and said that line out loud only to realize it's a completely different song.
I always disregarded this song for some reason but what an absolute belter this is. That chorus is infectious. Incredibly relatable too.

I totally understand why everyone is comparing this to Brevity by TSSF, but I’m REALLY surprised that nobody has mentioned the massive blink-182 vibes that come from this song. The drums after the intro before the chorus SCREAM Travis Barker, and the guitar during that same part is very Tom DeLonge. This song, especially the beginning, gives me the exact same feel as Feeling This by blink-182, and I fucking love it. It’s SO good. We need more pop punk like this.
