Hi!! I was wondering after your experience whether you'd recommend doing the fall or spring semester abroad in the UK?
Hi! Since I studied abroad in the fall I’m a little bias to that! I loved living there in the fall and traveling to other places in the fall/early winter time. It didn’t rain as much as I thought and I loved seeing all places across Europe decorated for fall and then the holidays :)
Hi! I just wanted to ask if you had any problems with your big suitcase, regarding the size? I've heard some airlines don't accept luggage so big.

If everything turns well I'll be leaving this August. I've been making a mental list on things to bring with me since last year but now shit is getting real. Thanks for letting us know how you decided to pack! The bags for packing seem like a good idea.
I am also fan of packing cubes, I have many of them, I use them in both short and long trips. It helps me to be more organized and prevents my valise being a mess in short time.

Esmeralda Martell I did not! I thankfully was able to go pre covid for the entire semester! And since the school I went to is apart of my university in NJ all of my credits transferred!
Karen Hilsinger wow I am glad to hear that! 😁 also I was wondering, if you don’t mind me asking, how much was the health insurance, or did you just simply like transfer your health endurance from the states to England if that is possible. Sorry if my question doesn’t make sense, my bad haha!

Im trying to decided whether or not ill need to 2 checked luggage’s for my abroad. As a 16 year old girl i have a lot of stuff but also being away for 10months i feel like ill need a lot haha
Yes! I would do that, I ended up purchasing another large suitcase while I was there to bring home souvenirs and things I accumulated while I was there, so I came home with 2 checked luggage’s, and a carry on! Even if you don’t fill it up it’s nice to have the space for things you’ll buy when you’re there and need to bring home!

@@karenemilyh I'm going to study in England January 23. What was the weather like? How was transportation? Was it expensive traveling on your own or did you mainly do trips with the school? Did you work there? You said it was 1.5 hours away from London, was it hard going to the city? Did you ever take Eurostar? How did you get to Ireland, Portugal etc.? Yea just a few questions for your Q&A video! :)

It turns out that the traveler only needs to know a few dialogues and you can easily travel around the world! You don't have to spend a lot of time to fully learn a foreign language, you just need to learn what you can use when you travel. I wish everyone exciting travels!
