Thank you for this. Just a mention that underneath the coat (or jacket) that Elvis wore when he met Nixon was the top of his 2 piece outfit that he wore on stage for his 1969 Vegas show -- it's difficult to see, but if you look closely at some of the photos of his meeting w-Nixon, you can see a bit of the top showing - but i don't know if it's the black one or the blue one - he had 3 for Vegas in 1969 - black, blue & white.
Lisa Marie took Austin Butler who played Elvis upstairs to see her Dads private room they just set in Elvis’s bedroom and talked for a long time😢

You just have to see «Elvis meets Nixon», the TV movie from 1997, starring Rick Peters. Totally hilarious, and about 1000 times better than the awful version from 2016 (with Michael Shannon). The first one, with Peters, made me laugh my socks off, the latter made me wanna self-destruct🤣Totally humourless, and with a leading actor (Shannon) that lacked about everything that made Elvis «Elvis». I think the Peters movie is on CZcams, even better, react to it!
