This is the perfect phone for me. IR blaster FTW.

I don't really mind the water resistance. Most phones can handle sprays or splashes, the water resistance via the ip certification is just to add submersibility. I'd rather have a drop resistant phone like the V20 than a glass backed water resistant galaxy.

Sorry, most 2018 phones all look tbe same, lack removabe batt, An ir blaster, headphonejacks, the quad dac is great and that manual opion for tbe camera won me over well into 2018
Eh, I think it looks good. We've had the same design for the and a half years from LG, though the G5 was ugly, I think the V20 takes everything that was good about the G5 and improved upon it. Plus, the V10 was pretty radical, and I'm sure LG wants to appeal to a broader audience with their new phones.
i disagree, this looks more premium and makes lgv10 look outdated. i really didnt like how cheap looking the back was from lg phones. coming from htc m8, im really excited to get this phone!

m sorry i didnt posted well..m saying its much bttr than note 7 and far far bttr than iphone7..note 7 still hav ram mgmt issues..where as u wont find any lag in v20..its ui is optimized perfectly..and its software is too useful now..also has 32bit Dac..
note 7 is better than v20 in terms of camera , battery and it also has spen which is very useful but performance wise both are almost same. V20 second screem is also very useful. The only reason why I am not going for note 7 is due to user complaints about overheating problems and explosion issues.

I love it! The camera is amazing. The 2 screens can be useful but half of the time i do not use it. Only thing I dont really like is the battery life. When i first got my phone it was alright. But after a while from 100% to about 50% it drains like crazy but tends to slow down & hold up after that. But i have 2 batteries that i swap in & out so while it is annoying, i dont mind it. I plan on getting the v20 only because it seems like its more amazing then the v10. But the v10 i think will still give it a run for its money. Thats why i decided to pass on the g5 (which was a huge disappointment) because i knew the v10 could hold out. Durability wise, im not for sure because i slapped an otter box case on it day 1 but i periodically take it off for a couple of hours & the phone does feel good but it doesnt have a good grip to me. Overall i love the phone & im gonna hate getting rid of it but hopefully the v20 will take its place nicely.

However, I cannot for the life of me find the "gallery app" the one that looks like a white mountain peek in the icon square with the coloring behind it. not in my aop drawer or widgets. I only have the google pinwheel icon for their back up storage. I don't want to use that. Any suggestions please???
This phone is an underrated BEAST! Put in an aftermarket 6400mah battery and 126g Sd card with that Camera, hifi dac, and the rest it offers... Well done LG! Just shoulda marketed it better, but you can get one for 3-400 dollars now #BEAST
I like my V20 very much simply for the camera and the Hi-Fi Quad DAC features. But it isn't a rugged phone so I have to be very careful with it which is something I don't like. Most of my smartphone selections have been rugged phones that can handle being dropped, dunked, and rough housed without me having to worry about the screen shattering on me. This really is a great phone but the price to pay for it just for its features is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind the price if it were more resistant.
