A sandwich maker is the perfect appliance if you want to make yourself something delicious to eat on the fly. If only there wasn't this annoying cleaning of the device after you have prepared the sandwiches. Especially if you like to eat a lot of cheese, you know the problem that it always runs out of the sandwich and soils the entire device. Getting it clean again usually takes longer than preparing the sandwich. But fortunately, you can get around this quite easily, with just a little trick.
All you need is baking paper! Because you can use this not only in your oven, but also in the sandwich maker. So you really save a lot of work! Because as you can see in the video, I just put the baking paper in the device and after the preparation of the sandwich, all the cheese is distributed in the baking paper and not in the device. So then you just have to dispose of the baking paper and everything is clean again!
It's really simple, but still you have to come up with the idea of baking paper in the sandwich maker! The only drawback, the preparation of the sandwich takes a few seconds longer, but that's hardly bad if it saves you the cleaning!

I have been using baking paper for hears in my sandwich maker, but your little trick about reversing the fold and folding the edges over the maker is one I just never thought of. Thank you.
Did you spray it edite the parchment paper?
You should just use the paper on your plate also, then you wouldn't dirty a plate.

This is really good! I had a machine when I was a kid and always loved making the pizza sandwiches but never ever cleaned it. Eventually I stopped using it because the thought of it being dirty. Well someway some how a brand new one landed in our house and was never used. It’s still in a box! Well thanks to you video, il gonna use it this weekend! Thank you sir! I need more recipes instead of the pizza sandwich haha😊

Great idea if Ur toasty maker is ten yrs old ,still works fine but has gotten to that baked on ,scrape me hundred times u not getting every piece off,wash and wash again stage..

Yes i have the same question...but i have seen eateries grilling sandwiches between aluminum foil in a griller....have you tried it?
Aluminum is a toxic metal - a neurotoxin. You already won't see aluminum food and water containers for livestock on farms, nor in pet stores for this reason. Aluminum cookware should be illegal to use in commercial restaurants. Acidic foods like tomato in particular draw out aluminum into the food. Baking a potato once in awhile in aluminum is not that big a deal, but I don't use aluminum pots, pans etc or the disposable type baking trays.
I tried it but it didn't work for me. The baking paper stuck to my sandwich...LOL. Guess I'll just be cleaning my sandwich maker the old fashion way.

Baking paper is non stick. As is tinfoil
You have to make sure the toilet paper is soiled first.

your suppose to butter the bread ,and face the buttered side ,down on plates . and the same goes for bread for the upper plates . much nicer toasties ,yours look dry ,and with very little browning on them . i dont think this fox is smart as he thinks .

I have no idea what 'baking' paper is, but if you are talking about PARCHMENT paper, considering the cost of that product, I'd rather spend a few minutes cleaning my grill than wasting money on expensive parchment paper just because I'm too lazy to clean up the grill.
baking paper is only $2-$3 and getting the grease out of a sandwich press is annoying, because you gotta use dish soap and it tales a while to clean away the dish soap remnants due to the fact you cant use running water, so to clean it you have to use a decent amount of disposable paper towels. but if you use the baking paper itll cost roughly the same as the paper towels and also save you the big effort of cleaning it
