Yeah, it's easy to notice how it's always when one of his classmates are in trouble that Dark Shadow runs wild. First it was Shoji, then it was Mina in Heroes Rising, and now Todoroki.
@@Meggimagine lol good point. There's probs a moment where the risk/reward flips from 'conserve oxygen' to 'stop Dark Shadow' but it would be an easy to miscalculate thing
@@Meggimagine a little bit of fire would not have hurt as long as nothing catches on fire and they’re yelling and shit without a worry so that wasn’t an issue, I think it was more so about todoroki not wanting to burn him or the writers just being dumb
I honestly wish it wasn’t the “top 3” but the “top 4” of the class. Tokoyami is clearly one of the most gifted students of his year and is being personally mentored by Hawks.
How? he can easily be beat by hagakure with her warp refraction. I don't see how he deserves to be one of the top 4 when half the students under him can beat his quirk easily ex: Hagakure, Momo, Denki, etc

Assuming they actually manage to actually deplatforming without getting speed blitz, he could just get back up, Recipo Turbo can last up to 10 minutes, they manage to get him in range without him just realizing it and jump or something, and losing his footing for one second won't do anything well he's still massively faster than them. The people who have beaten him are those at the beginning where he's still inexperience and haven't evolve his Quirk yet. As of now he would beat almost the entire class without much of an issue 1v1, and the fan would know as long as they aren't stupid enough to think deplatforming him is so easy or think that anyone of them is fast enough to even touch him
