Sister Briege you were my kindergarten teacher at St. Lawrence in the early 1960's. You were the best, sweetest teacher ever. Betteryou magnesium oil the original one. Sport people use it. Spray on any part of your body, not on open wounds. Also dark green cabbage leafs. Take a leaf rinse cut out "heart" which is hard bit, squeeze the leaf up in hand then open it fully again and put it on your knee use at least 3/4 leafs wrap in bandage or cut some legging up just to hold in place overnight in bed get up in the morning swelling is reduced because the cabbage withdraws inflammation which takes away the pain.
