I am a protestant but from my childhood I have been exposed to the Catholic church. First funeral age 6 or 8 . Now I am 80 and am still blessed by the Catholic Church. My son was raised Protestant and we all attended church regularly and I was blessed by services. I learned from all. I am a history major and in my old age I am studying Bible history. Today's 1st May 2023, i will see if I can start going mass everyday if possible. I will confess now often, i can not go now to médjugordje, because i have to pay the ticket, but i am going, in few days, to a pilgrim, to visit Virgen Marie, to ask for forgiveness, then for love, peace, grâces for my children, my family. I actually made a chart to show my granddaughter how many souls you are responsible for bringing to Medjugorje and stopped at about 600! Like your mom, I lost my daughter 4 yrs ago That painful tragedy brought me so much closer to God, and I hope to bring my granddaughter, my daughter's only child whom I raise, the year. In the natural order of life, I will outlive her and pray the fruits of Medjugorje will instil such a strong impact that will keep her grounded in her faith for the rest of her life. Nice story! It is called an illumination of conscience. Same happened to me after my husband of 40 years died when I visited St. Augustine, not too far from my home, at Our Lady of LaLeche National Shrine, crowned and approved by the Vatican. I saw my life different, cried a lot, became a more calm and peaceful person after that. Devoting my life to Simplicity. God will speak to us wherever we are, if we are open to it. As Fr. Mike Scmidtz has said, he meets us where we are at. Jesus answers my prayers often too, but I have never been to Medjugorjia nor any approved apparition site. Blessings. Oh, Mary, My Mother, what did I miss when Icwent there in 1998 or 1999? Please, if possible, enlighten my mind and heart!! I just remember Crying in Medjorie uncontrollable during the third decade if the Luminous Mystery, I was with a group and someone had to take over saying that decade for me. Then we went to Mass in English and Icaat next to a couple holding star res of Bkessed Mother and St Joseph. They were exquisite and Inlonged to hold for touch them, after Holy Cimmunion I came back to my seat and the couple gave me to hold The Christ Child! Oh so beautiful! ❤ Could u please put some flesh on my tie memories?? I have beenboratingcthecfull Rosary all 4 Mysteries for specislbinfwntions for three Pruest., my family reversion including znueces and Nephews and their families, too. And my brothers Bill, Bob and friend Jacwui to receive the Graces and Al addiction heated in their lives plays a stomach ulcer heated to the Glory of God! Amen and amen🎉
