हेडिंग आहे की घर घेताना या गोष्टींची काळजी घ्या आणि मार्केटिंग करत आहे. सव्वा लाखाचा emi यांना कमी वाटतोय. एवढ्या दीड-दोन कोटींचे घर म्हणतोय की asset आहे. नंतर त्याची काय व्हॅल्यू आहे? फ्लॅट जूना झाल्यावर त्या किमतीला जातो का? नंतर भविष्यात वेगवेगळे फ्लॅट डिझाईन आल्यावर हा कोण घेणार?
मुंबईचे रिअल इस्टेट मार्केट डाऊन आहे. मध्यमवर्गीय कुटुंबाना फ्लॅटचे 60-70 लाखही जास्त वाटतात. मुंबईच्या लोकांना फ्लॅटची लायकी समजली आहे. पुण्यातील लोकं फ्लॅट सर्सास घेत सुटले आहेत.
मान्य आहे की लोकांना 1-2 लाख पगार आहे पण emi मुळे त्याचा उपभोगही घेता येत नाही आणि त्यांची मुले मोठी झाली की परदेशात/बाहेरगावी जाऊन नोकरी करतात. मग एवढ्या मोठ्या आलिशान घरात पती-पत्नी टुकटुक बघत आयुष्य काढतात.

3) फ्लॅट मध्ये कोणते मटेरियल वापरतात
4) फ्लॅट घेताना लोकेशन पाहण खूप गरजेचं आहे
5) फ्लॅट किती लवकर मिळतो हे पाहू नका वेळ लागला तरी चालेल पण क्वालिटी असलीच पाहिजे

It's almost impossible to find a builder in Pune who never cheats.
Pune market is over inflated, even if you buy 1 cr + flat, no guarantee of getting drinking water, safety, road access. basic of basic needs lots of struggle.
