      @panicjiu-jitsu5834 Před 8 měsíci +8

      Its not hours....its the method and layout they are using. Of course training everyday helps but its not just that. We will see this in about 2 years take over. The crazy technical approach of training with drilling lots of reps will be going away soon...There are about 5 top teams right now doing this type of training. Basically sorta centered around positional training with less to more resistance...With different rules and games. All of us old guys who came up under they way of "drill it a thousand times to get it" basically got screwed.
      Another method similar to this you will see is a one like the Standard Jiujitsu team guys are using...It is all concept and ecological approach. Those cats are progressing CRAZY fast. Some of those guys are not even a couple of years in and already competing against bteam and new wave guys.
      Alot coming down the pipe in the next couple of years guys on training methods...

    Incredible match.
    Even more incredible is two subtle and touching displays of sportsmanship by Chen. First at 1:59 when asked to bring his knee in, he does so immediately and without hesitation even as the ref was telling him, "Naw, you're good." Second at 4:08, the whole sequence from the kneebar afterwards, checking in again and again on Andrew - you can just tell that he's truly sorry he hurt him.
