Nice play, but your strategy was totally wrong. The Super-Sonar requires green production and incentives focus on black cards i.e. black cubes production. The result - nice production of blue cubes. Your focus on yellow cards and cubes derailed your engine.
In my opinion you should have kept Nuclear Plant and Research center and most of the cheep black cards. The 2-4 yellow cubes you truly need (for the Lunar Base and Espionage Agency) would have come from recycling or the Financial Center.
And a couple of times you spread your cubes among several expensive cards instead of concentrating on the cheaper cards that were mandatory/boost production/you have start constructing. I think you lost one cube recycling a card you started building. And that was the cube you needed to finish a set of 5 and your last blue card.
