Toronto to PEI Road Trip / Canada East Coast Road Trip / Where to stop between Toronto and PEI

- On this trip to travel from Toronto to PEI , the entire trip was 1 month in total. Its took us 3 weeks to get to PEI and just 1 week to come back to Toronto.

Curious... did you have to pre-book your campsites? Looks like a great trip... We're thinking doing something similar this year. Thanks for sharing ^_^
I wish I did but than again we were not sure how long of a car ride our little guy could do, so every time we got to a campsite, I would start to plan where to camp next - according to what we wanted to see and how far away. This year we did a 30 day road trip again but to Nova Scotia - this time I had a good idea of how long of a car ride he could take - so every trip was about a 4 to 5 hour car ride, and I pre-booked all campsites until we got to Nova Scotia and than from here - I started to book a few in the Province than a few days later pre-booked again everything for our way back.
At the moment we are still on the road. great weather so far.
ps: we liked PEI so much we came back to it from Nova Scotia, before we start making our way back
@@DoitDoit Thanks for your reply. I like the freedom of travelling without a schedule, but I'm also nervous about not being able to find a spot for the night. We're headed out to NL in a few days... I guess we'll play it by ear ^_^
its nice not to have a schedule yes, But the best national parks and provincial parks are usually packed and specially if you got a trailer - you most likely will need to book in advance by a few days or weeks.
With a tent its much much easier to find
