@@Datboiiruckus madden 10 and 11 was the same game. Difference is that 10 had a halftime show while showing the other teams games scores and clock in franchise mode. Plus the running animation was kinda different.

My biggest disappointment is lack of customization. I see it in other games like NBA 2k and NHL, and it sucks I can’t do it here.
Dynamic Attendance is a close second. This adds to the immersion.
Does anyone know why they took out coaching staffs? I used to love taking a retired player and hiring him as my OC or DC

I miss the coaching staffs. I loved stealing coordinators from teams or signing ex super stars. Custom team was awesome too. Create the entire stadium, jersey, symbol, colors, city.

Seemed whenever I played against my brother, he would pick the Eagles and I'd put McNabb out with a career ender nearly every time. Usually was a knee.
Career ending injuries usually happened to older players.
They still have it on my game I just lost Rodgers for 45 weeks

@@iamreallytwiggytv8931 playing football my entire life, not once was me nor anybody that was actually playing thought cheerleaders were a distraction. You barely hear them through the helmets and crowd and if you're doing what you're supposed to you don't even really see them. If you get distracted because of some females cheering you might need to switch to golf or something.
Cook Jones That’s your opinion. I’m referring to when I’m watching the game in person not when I’m personally playing. The crowd makes enough noise as it is as well as the announcers. The cheerleaders just scream and flip and almost no one even pays attention to them. 🤷🏾♂️

Used to hear friends joke they were paying for a new roster, Also it often seemed like every time they added something they took something away.
It's been 15-16 years since the last good Madden...going every other year isn't going to fix this sinking ship disaster of a video game.
Bring back create-a-play and custom audibles that you could save.

@@glenny8 you used to be able to save 4 plays that you already made hot route adjustments to, in effect creating 4 new custom plays. Not the same as saving 4 plays from a formation. These were unique plays that you yourself created using hot route adjustments-and were able to save. When you accessed your custom audible plays, the hot routes were still there intact. You didn't have to adjust the routes all over again. And you had these 4 custom audible plays on offense and defense.
Madden 12 on the Wii. U could hot route to any route and they had custom plays. If I knew football when I got it I would have broken the game

20 years later you can't do that now
I want to see the good morning football crew talk ab the power rankings and mock drafts and stuff like that they can do it for qb1 why not franchise it add more life to it they used to have that guy talk on the radio show or even have season predictions before every season I just want that typa stuff back used to make franchise so fun

They need to add Head injuries but make it very Rare, they Could Also Add Backwards Hand Warmers and have the ability To adjust Where The arm sleeves Are On The arm And remove socks (College type) where players can Go In with one Leg Covered and the other not, create a play,Create a team, also They should add the ability To Wear Knee braces,and Wear baggy Arm sleeves like a JuJu Smith shuster,Type
And make The ability to add more than one Arm band Like Jamal Adams
Colored visors will also be nice but that won’t happen😕
AgentMuffin 7 the nfl doesn’t allow players to wear colored face mask without a medical reason now.
Madden 08: The detailed on field injury x-ray analysis and then the player limps off the field. You then had a choice to keep the player in the game, risk possible further injury to the player and losing him for the season. Sean Taylor(R.I.P.) was one of the hardest hitters in the game.

It's not that they're triggered... It's just to prevent themselves from having a public relations shit storm. These owners campaign left and right to make the sport as concussion free (just using concussions as an example) and then you turn around and allow it in a game? There will always be that one group that will call the league out for it and give them hell.

iiRyanPreece yeah it’s been at least 12 years. The last madden I remember playing that had tats was Madden 07.
The reason they got rid of them is because they got sued. The right to the tattoos don’t belong to the players they belong to the artists under most states law so they’d have to go to each individual artist.

They need to bring back the modern neck rolls in the equipment section, and get rid of the vintage neck roll.
Keep the vintage neck roll along with adding a modern one. It leaves more content in the game, which benefits everyone. Including the people who put that awful looking neck roll on their players.

Two things I miss the most were being able to hire coaching staffs and dynamic attendance. Playing a crap team in crap weather and having a very empty stadium was awesome. Hopefully when some younger people take over the League they'll let that stuff back in the game.
Anyone remember in NCAA when u scored they showed the band playing and before the game they would have announcers talk ab the game and cheerleaders doing cheers
LITERALLY every other EA sports game has custom teams mode.... it’s NFL
The things i miss the most are:
-Tattoos on actual players and putting tattoos on created players
-Big pile fumbles
-Create a Team
- Having actual Coordinators on teams. And hiring any coach or coordinators to any position.
-customizing stadiums to what you wanted. Rather then these prefab ones
The NFL has become so soft and now it's transferred to Madden
Need to bring back the league wide and team local newspapers,and the radio shows that are in franchise mode.

I really miss when you could see what teams a player has played for in their stats. It was really cool to have that information in franchise mode for storyline purposes and I’m not sure why they removed it. I also miss having real coaches like offensive coordinators, etc. in franchise mode. Especially when you’re team building and things like that.

3:57 when an injured player is present to the field, an ambulance came in to the field back in Madden 2000. I was amazed that they have this feature or a animation that a teammate helping an injured teammate off the field. Kinda cool if you ask me
When are they gonna bring back being able to see who your opponent picks in regular head to head before the game starts? What about being able to change the weather in online head to head?
Bring back the Lambeau Leap for the Green Bay Packers!!! I remember scoring a TD and the player that scored would jump into the crowd every time!

They need to let you assign who you want to assign on your defense against the opponents players again.

you can do that by going to coaching adjustments --> CB matchup --> by depth chart, then match up your CB with their WR
And allow you to customize personnel on each formation, instead of the basic depth chart.... maybe I want 2 RBs and a FB in my jumbo set instead of a RB TE and FB ... maybe I wanna line up wy top WR I. The slot when in trips
great attention to detail in this man, great video a lot of things I had forgotten even existed in madden but that enhanced the game and now im sad theyre gone lol
Please bring back create a play and maybe like customizable hot routes where either you could choose between several routes for a receiver. Also, maybe have it to where you could have double move routes and decide whether to run a deep, medium, or short route. So a deep curl would be a lot different than a short curl
Double teaming a WR. Assign CB follow WR. QB movement in pocket( use to spend hours just dodging tennis balls). Ball placement.
You can assign your cb matchup in the coaching adjustments on the defense play call screen

Apart of me always craved a feature in Madden where the players, depending on the situation in game, get in brawls. I know there’s Blitz, but this is for Madden. Of course, it would never happen under EA or the leagues watch.
Yooooo, you hit on alot of the same points I always bring up. They still don't have as many mini games as they did back in the SNES days. There use to be a "mini camp" mode that had everything from the 40 yard dash to the "bull ring".
And what's up with the weather effects? You use to be able to get extremely dirty in rain/snow and you'd slip or lose footing and fumble more.

Create a Play!!!!!! I loved creating Plays and whole playbooks. Would make theme teams and give them custom playbooks that fit them as best I could. I can't count how many hours went into that sort of thing.
whatever happen to the play creator? i forgot what year but they let you design your own plays with custom routes like u can even design the formation u wanted. it was for both off n def

I wanna see the fight for the fumble, the gang tackles, the measuring when it’s a close yardage situation, icing the kicker needs to stay, or get added back, sometimes there and sometimes not, all of these features were in madden 10 and 11

Remember the screen shake when you kick field goals & the extra. It did work sometimes cuz i think it had to do with the crowd & maybe the attendance,& the D fence hype up button too. #nofunLeague
In Madden in 07 I uploaded the oilers logo and relocated the bills to Austin and recreated the oilers, so at one time you could upload custom images.

Legit proves how the nfl is no fun. Also the things with the fans is that in 2k it's always full at first but if the home team is getting blown out the stands become empty and quick.

This is why I love the NHL series, the NHL just let em do what they want, the dynamic attendance is in it, in fact in franchise mode you can get challenges to get a certain amount of sellout games to get boosted money to spend your next season

I miss two things one was you can wear your mic and tell the players the plays you want them to run in head coach mode then the second was helmet view where it gave you a POV aspect of the player
I’d like to also add that they should give us more cities and states to move in for relocation and instead of 3 make it 5 choices of team logos to choose from but instead of them giving the design you make the design and colors you want. This will help with created teams using an already existing logo but also have more places and choices plus choosing the colors and designs to still have that created feel.
