I don’t know if you’re still actively following the comments on this but if you seem to come across this can you please answer this question for me. I am a Massachusetts state resident and have been my whole life. I recently acquired information from the federal government Bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms that any and all assault weapon bans are unconstitutional. So it’s kind of a two-part question would I put in a civil lawsuit against the state of Massachusetts for the unconstitutional assault weapon ban?
The second part of the question is I also learned that for the last six years our AG or Attorney General Maura Healey lied to the state of Massachusetts about implementing laws she doesn’t have the authority to make. She was questioned in trial in 2019 and she asked that the case was dropped due to the fact that no parties were injured and there was actually no law being challenged because she couldn’t create the law. She went on to state that if people misunderstood what she said that’s their problem and that the weapons in question were always legal to own in the state of Massachusetts they just didn’t understand. Basically she did it to screw all the FFL and gun stores to scare them out of selling anything here. So my second question is would that also have some type of standing grounds for a lawsuit against her?
