Hunger
funny enough for me the hardest legend of zelda tears of the kingdom boss for me was queen gibdo
Lol I would embarrassed to say that. All you have to do is bring elemental attacks and then melee hit. I mean the underling Gibdos make it difficult yes but the sages can easily fix that for more reasons than one. However Queen Gibdo is impossible without elemental attacks.
@@josephmullins4133
Yunobo, multishot bow, bomb flower
It’s only hard if you lack these things
@@paulrance5445 bruh that's basically what I just said. Yunobo isn't the only sage that is handy here. In fact they all are handy for this boss. I don't find this boss to be hard at all except the initial fight in the temple is a little difficult. However I'll admit it's a bit resource hungry even rebattling it in the depths.
Glad I finished totk. Spoilers on the thumbnail
I strongly disagree with Dark Link being OoT's most challenging boss fight. It was over in a few seconds for me. The stalfos rooms were the only fights in the game that gave me trouble.
Dark Link is a mid boss
please dont make fun of me but the hardest boss for me was Volvagia
With the Stalfos, using Deku Nuts or the Hookshot/Longshot to stun them when they try to jump slash you makes them A LOT easier.
@@GamingDrummer89 Most of the fights you won't have the hookshot/longshot and they're sheild will be up anyways. You also run out of Deku nuts and I never really had any on me.
@@coryfreake9070 You get the hookshot before you reach the Forest Temple, though, and that's where you first encounter them. Plus, I said to use the hookshot while they're in the middle of a jump attack...that's when they won't shield. Same with Deku Nuts, and you can get your capacity upgraded with Deku Nuts to be able to carry 40. They're fairly common in pots as well and enemies like the Deku Baba can often drop them.
The hardest fight in the Oracle games, possibly one of the hardest Zelda bosses ever, is facing Twinrova/Ganon as the final boss in a linked game. Hitting one with the opposite element is *MUCH* more difficult on a 2D plane, plus the room switching between ice physics and random patches of lava.
And then your controls may get reversed once you are done.
Dark link OoT normally: HARD
Dark link OoT with the megaton hammer: EZ
The hammer instantly knocks him down, and they didn’t design a counter move for dark link to use against the hammer
Dark Link is easy with the master sword, as long as you swing without z-targeting. That way he won't be able to mirror your strikes (because he is actually z-targeting you).
He's stupid easy with the Biggoron Sword, too. He's never even damaged me... if you thrust attack with it, he just goes down.
The only time I use the Master Sword as adult Link is the brief period between becoming Adult Link and running the Biggoron Sword quests and also for the final blow on pig Ganon. (You can hit him forever with another weapon, but he won't die unless the final hit is the Master Sword.)
I guess I've used it for Twinrova, too... but you can also duck to use the shield for the first part of that fight if you're using the two-hander or briefly put the sword away to use shield-only.
The imprisoned was easy, hardest boss was between demise and final ghirahim fight
It was the only boss I lost to and that is because I didn’t understand stage 3 😂
Demise should absolutely be the hardest boss from skyward sword, imprisoned wasnt even that hard
I think the thumbnail should be different, like, it's been a while since totk released, but I don't think we should spoil it
Yup, they spoiled me. At least I still enjoyed it, was very epic
The ganon battle in totk is rather fun when you actually hit back the demonic life sucking orbs vs trying to dodge them. I laughed at the little clip of trying to jump over them. One of my favourite boss battles imo
Ah yes. Dead man's volley. A classic
Thumbnail's a bit of a spoiler isn't it?
Lol nice sarcastic understatement! A "bit" of a spoiler. Nah more than a "bit".
Already did this one but now we can include TOTK I suppose
I don’t think totk ganondorf is as hard as ppl give it credit for. It’s not easy, but it’s a fair yet fun final boss. His health goes down very easily once u hit him, & there’s a bunch of tricks to dodge his attacks & gloom. Meanwhile queen gibdo made me wanna rip my hair out. I had to divide my focus in every corner of the room between the Queen’s attacks & the gibdo’s chasing after me. Hunting down Riju for her lighting attack was a chore in its own right.
Gandondorf beat me REALLY bad the first time... I ran out of food and was down to four hearts. But my next two assaults were MUCH better as I'd finally been practicing blocking and dodging.
Agreed. I found Queen Gibdo to be much harder than Ganondorf. It can be really annoying if you do the Lightning Temple last because you've got Yunobo, Tulin and Sidon's avatars there as well.
Yes, Queen Gibdo and Phantom Ganon were much harder.
Yep!! Queen gibdo was much harder and chaotic.....
Gleeok and, idk if Lynel counts, are the real trouble. Those mfs hit like trucks. First encounter with them absolutely destroyed me multiple times.
It's not a spoiler warning if the thumbnail is also a spoilrr
A Link to the Past = Mothula
Link's awakening = Shadow Nightmares
Ocarina of Time = Bongo Bongo (because of a Bug)
Majora's Mask = Gyorg
The Wind Waker = Puppet Ganon
Twilight Princess = Stallord
Skyward Sword = Demise
A Link Between Worlds = Yuga Ganon
Breath og the Wild = Monk Maz Koshia
Tears of the Kingdom = Ganandorf
Queen gibdo is harder
Phantom Ganon is harder.
Monk Maz Koshia is easier than everyone says, thunderblight Ganon is EASILY the hardest boss bruh
@@NerdyPenguin223 both are easier than everyone says. Waterblight I died like 6 times to. Waterblight is the hardest
@@First-Drop-Studios WATERBLIGHT??? Dude I beat that thing with a KOROK LEAF because I ran out of arrows and all my weapons broke from fighting the guardians and malice monsters throughout the divine beast (I was early in the game and my curious little mind was tryna do all the hard stuff first)
"Dark Link makes you slice more strategically than slashing a weakspot" Nah, it's the only boss I beat by spamming my sword only.
Id say the final boss, ghirahim round 3, the horde battle and Koloktos are all harder than the imprisoned!
horde battle is less difficult and more tedious. Koloktos is just hard to figure out what to, but not to difficult.
@@michmill7007 I'm just speaking from personal experience but on hero mode I died a few times to koloktos and horde battle but not once to the imprisoned
@@tomduggan8044 Yea i just did a hero mode playthrough recently and i was doing thunder dragons lightning round (Lanayrus boss rush) and for whatever reason it let me fight Ghirahim 3, Horde battle, and Demise before I had completed the Song of the Hero. Anywho, I played the boss rush to get the Hylian shield, and the horde battle was so hard i had to buy and infuse a guardian potion. I don't remember the fight being that hard, but i guess i just hadn't played the game in a while.
If Ganon was in tears of the kingdom, i would be shaking my boots
I still don’t understand why we’ve gotten a remake for links awakening but not ocarina of time or majora’s mask
Well, we got one for both for the 3DS
Mothula killed me way to many times. Im surprised he wasn't on the list.
Did Puppet Ganon's snake form in The Wind Waker take inspiration from Moldorm? I just now noticed the similarities in their designs and movement.
LoZ: 4-headed Gleeok in Lion Dungeon
AoL: Thunderbird
LTTP: Blind
LA: Slime Eel
OoT: Phantom Ganon
MM: Gyorg
Argorok?! Nah! The hardest in Twilight Princess is Ganondorf's second form: Dark Beast Ganon. Argorok was actually a joke. I did that without taking damage or getting hit. As for Tears Of The Kingdom it turns out the only real hard part is resources. Ganondorf is vulnerable all over his body. He has no invincibility.
Ganondorf in TotK is hard because if you get hit by his gloom attacks, your heart containers get deleted one by one.
Not to mention that if your shield gets hit by the gloom attacks, its durability drops down to 1 and the next hit breaks it. Even the mighty Hylian Shield.
Also he can grab your arrows out of the air.
And he can dodge your flurry rush.
@@paulrance5445 yes he is hard but unlike past games you can just wail away at him. But still he has no invincibility.
@@josephmullins4133
Not having invincibility doesn’t matter, the dude has 2 healthbars.
@@paulrance5445 that is true yes. But technically he has 3 or rather 4 health bars. He is hard but also a little easy. I seen someone beat each bar in 2 hits recently. Also I didn't actually say he wasn't hard but yeah he is hard and takes serious skill to take down as well as preparation.
Lol. I just noticed something: this isn't the only reply you've made to one of comments. Just so you know I'm not retaliating I'm only responding to you because I don't like leaving people hanging (not what I meant to say but couldn't find the words). I'd rather people know I seen what they said to me so I reply back.
Totk it should have been queen gibdo
Wow. I can't believe so many people are saying this. In the initial fight maybe that boss is difficult but late game rematch in the depths Queen Gibdo is a joke. The Gerudo phenomenon is recommended last fir a reason: every sage's elemental attacks as well as all other elemental attacks make it easy.
I had more trouble with Queen Gibdo than Demon dragon/ganondorf
I hope they put dark link in the TOTK DLC. I WANT TO FIGHT MYSELF
There won’t be any dlc for tears, they’re focusing on making the next Zelda
You shouldnt have put spoilers on the thumbnail picture
No
Game has been out for months, and even if you’ve been taking your time, most people should have finished the game.
Seeing a random dragon isn't a spoiler either. Chill
Bro. The games been out for a while. Even the walk throughs on CZcams have finished. If you haven't finished totk and care about that why the hell are you here?
The game is already old. If you haven't beaten the game then you deserve to get spoiled. I have 600 plus hours on it. There no excuse for you to not beat it already.
Dark Link as OoT’s hardest boss? Nonsense! Dark Link is a miniboss! A miniboss!
I think Ganondorf in tears of the kingdom is by far the hardest boss I have had to defeat in any Zelda game. It is the most awesome game I have seen in a long time.
Well you for sur have not played zelda games
@@tmtsps12 well you should keep in mind that not everyone has played all the games that you have as well as that you might have more trouble with some of the bosses that I don't really have trouble with. And I was mostly referring to final boss fights
Queen Gibdo from TOTK gave me a hard time
Same
Same! I died like 20 times before giving up. I came back later and in 5 tries finally did it! I sat there screaming in happiness at the fact I finally beat it!!!!!
Good for you
Puppet Gannon's spider form is basically free since you can see his reflection by looking at the water on the ground
I wouldn't say that Argorok was one of the hardest boss in Twilight Princess, the Imprisoned on the other hand, yeah, having to deal with him THREE times was hard for me, that including Ganondorf himself in Tears of the Kingdom, the first phase was okay, sort of, but his second phase was a bit tricky and hard, but I managed to make it through that one, as for his dragon form not so much cause his crimson fireballs were easy to dodge while diving in the sky.
As far as the Zelda games I played, I agree with your picks for LOZ, AOL, MM, OOS and WW. Here are ones I'd choose instead for the other Zelda games I've played:
-ALTTP - Either Ganon, Mothula or Blind the Thief
-OOT - Volvagia
-OOA - Veran
-TP - Either Zant or Ganondorf
Also Honorable mention is the final boss in the linked oracle games with ages going from ramrock to the final boss having to deal with a rather brutal gauntlet of kotake and koume being a pain to hit and can do good damage back to you then you have to deal with twinrova who is also a pain to hit but can do alot more damage back and finally gannon who isn't hard to hit but does alot of damage and all fights are back to back with no healing and for season a already difficult fight turns into nightmare as you have to deal with onox the hardest boss non linked then deal with the linked final boss and as before back to back and no healing.
There's one boss I absolutely can't stand, Moldorm from aLttP. I spent forever trying to finish that boss, almost threw my controller.
I had a lot of trouble with skyward sword koloktos on switch. The whip controls work fine until you enter his chamber. Then when i try to use the whip it kaaps switching to sword. So i couldn’t get past him. 😕the motion controls worked better but i hated that on wii. Just disappointing
Gleeok in The Phantom Hourglass, took me a while to figure out.
I think for me it was the jumping jelly that you had to hit with the mace using the magnetic glove in oracle of seasons was the hardest because most of the time I would hit myself with the ball and sometimes angling the ball to hit the boss turned difficult
I think The Imprisoned from Skyward Sword should rot in the burning fires of Gehenna. That’s how much I hate its boss fights. The first encounter was fine, but once it literally sprang its ugly head two more times it got aggravating real quick. Probably why Ghiriahim had better boss fights as claimed by many gamers.
Skyward Sword has the worst bossfights, just recycling bosses
This thumbnail is smooth brain because not only is it a major spoiler, that particular boss was easy lmao
For me it was the furst encounter with Queen Gibdo. She kinda went out like a wuss in the actual fight because after you destroy one of the four gibdo hives, light enters the room and she won't go near it, allowing you to cheese it by standing inbthe corner and spamming ruby/sapphire/topaz arrows. It also helps yo have Tulin/Sidon/Mineru as the gibdos that cone near you get hurt by the light so your sages can come in and wail on em
All of the boss fights in Twilight Princess are so easy that I feel the game could technically be omitted from this list.
In twilight princess I had the most difficulties with Zant because of his nearly unpredictable movements and attack patterns
Frustrating =/= difficult. A few of these are fairly easy once you get the specific mechanic down.
I cant really agree. Or disagree on Ocarina of Times decision of Dark Link. The secret move on him is quite simple
Oh god, I have finished the main storyline quests in TOTK and only have Ganon to fight, it looks like a doozy.....
Hard agree with TOTK. I’m struggling.
For me it was Queen Gibdo.
Same
Agreed, she was the worst out of all of them
She’s hard but Thunderphantom Ganon still takes it (Master Mode specifically)
It surprises me when people say Queen Gibdo was harder than Mucktorok, Ganondorf, Marbled Gohma, and any Gleeok. Because Queen Gohma is kind of a joke in late game except for the massive health. I also take it that I'm one of the few players that keep the sages active at all times. Lol.
@@josephmullins4133 I think I went into her fight too early on so I didn't have the health or the upgraded armor to really protect me so when I got to the second phase, her dragging her legs across the field would take me out in one hit if I didn't maneuver right. If I was a little more stacked, she would have been cake
I always found the moth boss in LTTP to be way more difficult than any other boss
For me it was Queen Gibdo💀
It's only hard if you go there with little resources
It's easy if you have all of the sages and alot of elemental items plus a good selection of decent weapons.
@@josephmullins4133
You only need Yunobo, a multishot bow, and bomb flowers.
That dragon is a spoiler >:O
😂
It’s also a straight up lie
When I reflect on my time playing Twilight Princess as a kid, The most distinct memory was fighting Argorok. I remember it feeling like such a massive deal. Like this Wyvern would destroy everything if I didn't destroy it. (I know it's called a dragon but it has arm wings so I'm calling it a wyvern).
At the time I felt like Spider-Man, zipping around the pillars. It was amazing.
Any time I've played TP as an adult, my most distinct memory is how long the freaking intro stuff of the game takes -_-
I know right! I spent good few hours from the start of the game to getting into Ordonia's spring to get Epona back.
@@michmill7007 yeah it takes awhile 😹
Moldron for link to past i think not.
You guys really need to work on not putting spoilers for such a recent game in the thumbnail
Darkstare isn’t moldorm , it’s coldstare from ALTTP. From the ice palace.
I think the hardest boss in OoT was Bongo Bongo and that mini boss at the beginning of the water temple in Totk was the hardest fight in that game. Otherwise good list.
For me, in Totk, it was Queen Gibdo.
No way bro said the imprisoned was your hardest 💀
you have to fight him thrice and it’s annoying each time
Mothula is the hardest fight in ALTTP
Keep or ganon
I just started this video so I don't know, but I've beaten every single game. I think Mothula from A Link to the Past is the most difficult, for me
Yeah, he's tough because of that darn moving floor.
I think Ganon is a tough customer in that game, too, though. Mostly because he can ALSO knock you through the floor like Moldorn. (But he takes a lot more punishment than Moldorn.)
Completely disagree on Skyward Sword. The Imprisoned is fairly easy because it's slow. Demise is much tougher.
Dark link oot Nar use the megaton hammer he won’t mirror your movements, there isn’t really any what I would call difficult bosses in Zelda games the dungeons themselves are normally the challenge the bosses are the climax that are usually more fun than challenging
It was definitely thunderblight Ganon on second for me
Thunderblight was harder than the monk for me.....just because you are so strong by the point you get to the fight
The bosses from oot and mm are super hard because of how god damn janky the games are
I think they can't tell the difference between difficult and annoying moldorm is definitely annoying but is definitely not the hardest boss in the game I usually don't die before beating him meanwhile alot of dark world bosses take a couple attempts and some take me being completely kitted out and though I haven't played skyward sword alot of people would say demises is more difficult do to demise being one though fighter when the impressioned is just annoying as you have to stop him on a time limit.
legend of zelda: a link to the past...
that dumb moldorm thing was a pain in my butt
For me
1st zelda gleoak
Zelda 2 defntly thunderbird
A link to the past moldorm
Ocarina of time volviga
Majoras mask gyorg
Wind waker pupet ganon
Minish cap vaati
Twilight prinses agarok
Spirt tracks maladus
Skyward sword demise and inprisond
A link between worlds yuga
Triforce heroes the ladys pets and stalchampion
Botw thunderblight ganon
Tears of the kingdom Queen gibdo
You?
hardest boss in skyward sword for me was ghirahim bcuz of the drone things
Actually i think Thunderblight Ganon is harder than Monk Maz Koshia
I'm sorry, did you say that Monk Maz Koshia was harder than thunderblight Ganon? Every single player who had done a playthrough of BOTW knows that thunderblight is the hardest boss! Also, Monk Maz Koshia is a DLC, so in the ACTUAL game it's thunderblight. I literally beat Monk Maz Koshia in 3 tries, while thunderblight took me 34!
I mean they are both pretty fun bosses but I actually found The top banana of the Yiga clan to be the hardest boss.
I feel like you guys at watchmojo just pick random stuff to put in every spot. Like, "here's 10 things. Let's throw them together randomly into a list."
i have to complain about your tears of the kingdom choice ganondorf is really easy I would say qween gibdo or muctorock
Why we sleeping on Mothula tho?
No offense but this is just the exact same video from last year but adding tears of the Kingdom.
I disagree with Dark Link on OOT he was easy as hell lol
Ganondorf in Tears of the Kingdom, by far, is THE toughest boss fight ever in a Zelda game. He fights like if a competent human was controlling him, rather than a CPU. Anyone else got Ocarina of Time vibes from hearing the first part of the Demon King Ganondorf fight? I sure did, and it was a great feeling of nostalgia!
Gleeoks in Loz 1 are soooooo easy
Why you put that BIG BIG BIG BIG spoiler in the thumb?😢
IDK why I got so mad the second you said that Z cycle so fucking dumb and the fact that it came at the end of the game like pointless
The hardest totk is queen gibdo
U forgot age of calamity
You know what would have been a better execution for the Demon Dragon fight in Tears of the Kingdom? This:
Right after swallowing the stone and transforming, Ganon ignores Link and flies into outer space to coat the entire planet in gloom using his breath. as Link helplessly watches the gloom fall from the sky, the sages come to and give their secret stones to Link, which then transform him not into a dragon, but into a godlike, winged being bathed in divine light and resembling Fierce Deity Link from Majora's Mask. Link then flies into space to confront Ganon, and a fight kind of similar to the one with Jubileus The Creator from Bayonetta ensues.
bro that would be AMAZING
king gleeok is harder than ganondorf imo
The hardest fight is for me to put down Tears of the kingdom for a break.
Wrong! The third battle against Girahim is the hardest in Skyward Sword. The imprisoned was annoying at times, but yielded a relatively easy victory by comparison. The imprisoned took me only a couple times. Girahim however, took a dozen failed attempts to defeat. As for Demise, got him on the first try.
I didn’t even get there lol. I quit because of the Skeleton thing on the sandship
Thank you for spoiling TotK with the video thumbnail 😒
Mothula or ganon for link tovpazt
For me its all of the first 2 zelda games ever created. Every other zelda is easy and a piece of cake. Just not Zelda 1 and Zelda 2.
ok
Monk MAs koshia was not hard I had 2 broken thumbs when i did it
And when you fight the Demon King Ganondorf, you better bring your most powerful weapons possible, plenty of Lynel Bows, arrows, and recovery items, and high defense armor. Because he will hit you. And he will hit you hard. You have to respond in kind, though. My advice, if you want minimal damage is to hit him with your Lynel Bows as much as possible. Stay far, far away from him.
Every Zelda game huh? How about twilight princes? Wind waker? Are these not also Zelda games? 🤔😑
Im blocking you for the big spoiler in the thumbnail. Thank you
You're real jerks for this thumbnail. You didn't HAVE to show the final boss of the latest game.
Get some railings and sit Ganondorf in a shop, easiest boss of all
with ultrahand you can build things that beat him in seconds
I disagree with the botw one I still do think its thubderblight ganon by the time you get to monk max koshia your already pretty buff with alot of heart containers and stamina wheels upgraded runes and good weapons same goes for calamity ganon so we only have the overworld bosses and the blights the overworld bosses are super easy exepct maybe the lynel but you really only need to learn to dodge the blights is where it gets a little harder windblight ganon is a super easy boss just hit him in the eye with a arrow same goes for waterblight ganon just use crynois to break his ice blocks and hit them in the eye with a arrow or deflect with a sheild fireblight ganon isnt hard either you need to throw bombs at him when given the chance thunderblight is where it gets hard hes really hard to hit in the eye and is really fast he also knocks weapons out of your hand with eletricity
The blights have drastically lower health than the monk. The only thing difficult about Thunderblight really is the electricity. If you wait a long time before attacking the blights they are a joke. I completed the game and fully upgraded my armor and inventory long before even getting the dlc and found the monk to be a nightmare.

I don’t think you realise that the order you do the Divine Beasts in is what determines the HP of the Phantom Ganons.
The 1st one always has the lowest HP, while the last one always has the highest HP.
Also he has a shield. And hard to dodge attacks. And have you even played Master Mode bro
30MS AGO
The Hardest Fight in Zelda History is definitely Ganondorf in Dragon Form in *Tears of the Kingdom.*
is it though? lol
