A beautiful love song by the talented Jeremiah Gyang featuring the lovely Asa. Jeremiah shares d story behind the song on www.olamildent.com/2009/07/jer...
This is such a beautiful song. Makes me happy when I listen to it. Please if you see my comment, kindly keep liking so I can keep coming back to listen to it when I get the notification 😢❤❤❤❤❤❤
I'll write a comment on this masterpiece again , so when someone likes it: it notifies me and I come back to listen to it again. This is one of the best melodies I've ever heard
This song brings back some great memories of a simpler time in my life. I first heard it over speakers along a street in abuja ,Nigeria and I was transfixed to the spot till it ended. I hurriedly found it and played it through the year. Now 2021,12 years after,it still has same effect.
I could not have penned this down any better. Simpler times honestly...gone are those days. Nigerian Idol 2022 brought me back and I'm not sure I would ever leave.
Somehow I feel this song has not yet gotten the recognition and genuine hype it deserves. Everything about this song is excellent. It's 2022 and I still can't get enough of it.
Nah nah…if excellence was a song❤️ …… this master piece needs the hype it deserves❤…. Guys we can do it🤲🏾 Let’s do it🙏🏽 Pls don’t forget to like my comment so that I keep coming back here each time I get a notification 😊
It’s still the greatest love duet to come out of Nigeria... I’ve had it on my phone over the years, the first song I download on a new phone. So many memories in those lyrics. I cant shake off the feeling of nostalgia when asa chants “baby i love you”
When I first heard this song as it just came out, I thought it belongs on Asa, boom I saw Asa in southern sun lagos, I was heaping praises on her, not knowing she was featured by Jeremiah. She called me close and asked me, how was the song, I said its cool. I thought the song would be a blast, it was underrated, and up till today the song still looks fresh. 15 years after.
My late brother played it alot.....learnt it so I'd sing along with him whenever he played it cos he loved it. A friend posted it on Whatsapp......my heart just melted. Now that the song makes more meaning it makes me cry,as every line rings a bell and brings lots of pictures on how dramatic he'd look singing it......I love you big brother ❤️
I First listened to this song on Nigerian🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬 idol when zadox n gloria performed it but honestly, it lifted my soul. I had to download it immediately. I thought it was a 2022 song 🎶 but to my surprise it’s an old song
Who is watching this in 2017?? By the way, i woke up around 4:00am with the thought of Jeremiah Gyang in my head. Been watching all is videos since then. Such a talented man. We need him more than ever now.
I came across this song in 2009. It has remained my best love song. I have rehearsed it hundred times, learnt the lyrics, soaked the tune, beat and mood in... the next is "what a feeling" by Beautiful Nubia, then "no one" by Alicia keys.
Good music are always evergreen. Always played this song on my Nokia N70 back then and it feels like I enter a spiritual realm. 15yrs after it's release and it still has the same effect on me.
Great song from 2 of the most gifted Nigerian singers. The song was in a CD collection I had in 2010. Somehow, I lost that CD with really knowing who the artist was. It took me up to 9 years to know it was Jeremiah Gyang & Asa. Waoh! I can't be bored playing it over and over again. Sadly, the song didn't get, and hasn't gotten, the recognition it deserves.
This song gives me goosebumps, it makes me remember one special person i have once love sincerely in my life. Amaka anywhere you are remain blessed.😢😢 Times flys indeed.
