This is unironically a neat idea
They are NOT good, but aren't hopeless either, people who are starting from zero, can watch these to try and emulate a VERY simple strategy
The interesting thing is
Its very obvious that at low level, people usually find a "good" strategy or move that works and try to execute it in match, even in inappropriate situations so it makes it very easy to spot for beginners,
Sure is not the best way to learn the game but for someone to see how people somewhat navigate this game without using "more advanced" mechanics like RC and burst in sure they'll appreciate it
wouldn’t it be better to use these vids of what not to do ? maybe recognize some of the misplays they make in the matches and see if you end up doing them too
Personally I think high level gameplay would still be better for this. I picked up bits and pieces from higher level gameplay, and when it came to ironing out the basics I watched my own replays, which helps a lot. Not to mention, with your own replays you can skip watching people fail at stuff you don't struggle with in the first place.
It's still a really funny idea for a channel though don't get me wrong
@@pluviariumI think there is a small use case for it. Ignoring the execution barrier, strategies that work at super low and high level play are vastly different. For example, it is impossible to condition an opponent who isn’t paying any attention to what you are doing. Sometimes the answer literally is to just find your good buttons and spam them until you hit a wall.
Bro, no. New players are flooded with information and novel decisions, if they're going to learn and try to emulate something it should be effective gameplay, not just mimicking other newborns flailing about
I love the little t-bag at 2:47, even though these players are far from optimal they are much more fun to watch than cookie-cutter high level optimal mega brain geniuses.

So it could be this, but the ram t-bag might actually be their controller. I use analog on ps4 when i play, and if the stick is in certain spots, I hyper speed t-bag. I always cringe when this happens during game cause it makes me think people think im being toxic, lol.

I've been posting my A.B.A journey here on YT since she dropped.
Days 1-10 are almost exclusively floor 3 and below, and you are free to use any replays from them if you would like. It's always nice to see more relatable and achievable gameplay from others who are simply having fun, so I do not mind having my somewhat embarrassing gameplay featured.

Seeing that there are still beginners around this skill level really makes me want to reinstall strive…I do miss playing and I really miss ABA, but it used to be a brutal and discouraging place for low level players. How many low level players or beginners are still kicking around regularly?
