The bite marks were not only Sasuke bite alone ,the bite marks were from Karen's childhood days and when she was with Orochimaru.
And before she met orochimaru
I'm pretty sure those marks should have been healed like 100 times. Thats how skin works. So the only ones that are present are the recent ones.
@@johnsmith-ck4qt Skin itself cannot regenerate. Those are scars from bites she recieved over her life.
@@ItsKNL the hell are you talking about, dude? Skin totally can regenerate. Bite marks are not deep wounds. They are gone in like few days or weeks at worst.
@@johnsmith-ck4qt She has multiple overlapping bite marks that presumably healed over. This isn't scraping your knee and it healing completely in a week. Repeated trauma causes chronic wounds.

sasuke never really went back to the village. naruto went rogue in the end and joined sasuke. and they lived happily ever after. oh and sakura was so jealous and felt so defeated she commited seppuku

I am also never not laughing about Yamato caging Naruto like a criminal despite Naruto just standing there, chilling next to Sakura and Kakashi and very clearly not trying to run away or showing any other sign of disagreeing or fighting against them. Yamato had no chill there XD

This is my thought:
One thing about the decisions depends a lot on the general political situation of the village and the power of influence of the individual in other nations.
The Kage decided on an alliance is something will increase the decision-making power of the Kage in the village. Many things that should go through a jounin council can be overlooked. Especially now that they're going to get into a war situation.
Danzo's political situation when he leaves the kages meeting was very precarious. Still doesn't clean up Sasuke's situation. But it reduces the size of the problem.
I think it's more offensive for him to break into the kage meeting XD
