I live here guys and to be honest this is not a house to move in. It is so nice yes but the management is hell. We pay an average of 1500 to 2000 electricity bill per month and almost the same amount for water bills.
The building has 12 floors and majority of the times that lift is not working so you will use stairs hadi huko juu. Lately stima hupotea almost on a daily basis while the whole Nairobi iko na stima and the management doesn’t even care.. I don’t recommend this at all
Thanks for your honesTea. I saw these apartments sometime back and was actually considering moving, but I remember thinking about how those lifts probably won't be working every day and I'd love to live on that 12th floor.
Another thing that looked a little sus to me was that most, if not all units at the time were vacant - and it had been like that for almost a year (in the CBD for 15K).
I also worried about the security, cause you know..
Anyways -here to thank you for honesty.
Has things with the management changed this year?
1500ksh for water is a steal. It is only about 12US

I'm not so sure of it but I'd say 50/50 though the building itself is guarded
