If Ultra Instinct is stronger than Gogeta Blue, then Broly is weaker than Jiren Update: So let me update this after 3 years. After watching Super Hero, Vegeta's explaination of Jiren being so formidable because of a clear conscience tells me he could beat Broly. Now I think Broly is stronger but his mind is anything but clear.

Exactly what I was thinking, I mean if I recall the main reason Gogeta went blue was because he knew Broly had to be put down quick. The only other thing we have to even come close to "compare" is Heroes...and in Heroes Jiren was more amazed by Gogeta than UI Goku. (I know it's not canon but there really is no other comparison) so IMO we really can't judge which is better out of UI or Gogeta Blue
That just shows HOW much stronger Gegeta was. Look at it this way. In a fight where they had NO choice but to fuse to win, then once fused, Gogeta just straight up flexed on Broly until he got bored. UI Goku got fucked up by Jiren multiple times and only won because Jiren wanted to test his own strength and wanted to prove something more than win the tournament. If that wasn't the case, UI Goku woulda straight up lost. Gogeta on the other hand, had absolutely 0 chance of losing to Broly. None what so ever. So taking this into account, it's actuallt not a bad gage to show just how much more stronger Gogeta Blue is compared to Bluku and Blugeta. Also there was a line Whis says. Most people think of it as a throw away line but he says "See, you two can work together!" when he first see's Gogeta. He always implied that if they worked together, they would be more powerful than Beerus. So by this we can assume that Gogeta is indeed AT LEAST on par with Beerus. Making him at the very least, as strong as UI. Personally, I think he's stronger than UI when it comes to raw power. The thing about UI and MUI is it's not all about raw power, more about overwhelming speed. Since the body reacts automatically in both offense and defence, it's less about the pure strength and more about the overwhelming amount and unreadable attacks while being able to simultaneously avoid being hit. Gogeta literally BREAKS REALITY when fighting with Broly. Yes that can attested to the fact him and Broly are super strong and their combined power broke reality but Gogeta was HOLDING BACK in the fight as to not kill Broly. He had no intention of killing him. We can see this because when the Final Kamehameha just misses Broly due to the wish Chelai made, he's super relieved and happy. Conclusion: Raw power, Gogeta is stronger than MUI, Speed and battle prowess in general MUI is stronger. If they could go toe to toe, it will more than likely be a draw. But I have to give the edge to MUI since, unreadable and automatic attacks, plus Soul Punisher will not work on MUI since it only works against the corrupt of heart and Goku is the most pure of heart character in the series. Soul Punisher is one of the strongest moves in the entire series so it's a big loss not being able to use it. As a Gogeta fanboy, admitting this doesn't feel great but right now, we just don't know enough about Gogeta to make the claim he's indeed stronger than MUI but we know full well what MUI is capable of and the potential it has.
No matter what this video says these guys are missing one solid fact..... goku is half of gogeta so they would have to cut the power scaling literally in half in order to be accurate. This a stupid comparison to begin with since it's a fusion of the same character this video is just pointless honestly lol

@@RyseOlympus You're right about Gogeta knows Goku's fighting style fully... but you forgot that UI Goku has its own fighting style that resembles nothing to Goku's original fighting style. Gohan and Vegeta noticed very quickly when they saw UI Goku for first time fighting, it was very different. And sure, Gogeta has way higher powerlevel than Goku, but we know in ToP that it doesn't matter much. Suppressed Jiren has also a gigantic powerlevel, casually fighting SSBE Vegeta and SSBKK20 Goku at same time, he could one shot them at any time but he was just toying around. Even Beerus (and Whis) refused to give Potara ear-rings, because they fear Jiren would ring-them out together losing both Goku AND Vegeta. But regular UI Goku was able to close that gap solo... that's insane transformation. Not strange, because Goku learned UI basically from Whis... Whis himself said that UI basically makes you INVINCIBLE in combat, hence why Jiren with insane high power-level struggled taking down Goku's "invincible transformation". So Gogeta should, in theory, also unable to beat UI Goku, he can only drag the fight till Goku loses the effect. But don't say that only UI has time-limit... I'm sure you know that Fusions have also strict time-limit, Gogeta is not a Jiren. I'm sure 1 more SSB Kamehameha in movie and Gogeta would defuse against Broly. Unless you suggest Gogeta is superior to Vegito and they can stay longer fused...... but that's not proven and also just lame to think about.
Mark Dupree Toppo stated Jiren has been studying goku’s move in UI meaning he was already use to it as Jiren is a fighting genius. Also when goku got enraged Jiren never once touched him again and got completely dominated. UI also keeps rising, stated by piccolo, Whis and supreme kai. UI increased over 5 times within 15 minutes lol. Keep that in mind

In Dragon ball heroes Goku trained under the Father of all Angels to just be able to reach mui on his own not master the form yet and surpass it do you know how much powerful is mui or you just are being stupid? Gogeta will not be able to beat mui on standard SS blue form that he beat Broly But with Blue and Kaioken on top of it like Gogeta Ssbkkx20 might be able to beat Mui Goku (medium difficulty)
UI is definitely the feat king, especially since it's the marketing flagship at the moment. They've been pretty careful about stockpiling info about it; going out of the way to not verbally scale during the Broly film, to Jiren or otherwise, seems to be a part of that. I imagine Beerus will slide up in scale as the story goes on too, even though logically they should be way past that point. Good video.

Technically whis never said "jiren is stronger than all gods of destruction " he says hes stronger than "a" god of destruction. The gods of destruction all have separate power levels. You cant use that in the way you are. If you want to use quotes, use them properly.

Yes, the Gods didn’t stand because they felt Goku was stronger than them but more of a sign of respect that a mortal has achieved that level of power within a short time span. On numerous occasions when talking about Jirens power they have stated that he ‘may’ have surpassed a God of Destruction, not that he’s definitely more powerful than all.

The thing I didn't like about UI or MUI is the fact that it's clearly known that it's a technique and not a form , so where did all this new overwhelming power goku gained come from ? It's was supposed to be a technique of ultimate heightened sense of awareness and instinct, not another power up form like another level of super saiyan. So even tho goku can't activate MUI at will , shouldn't he at Least still have access to that enormous power ? Even tho MUI should've never been meant to be a power up . unless goku is still using the same amount of power he always had but then that wouldn't make sense as jiren was tanking attacks head on the entire time . or maybe once jiren had taken damage , he loses the durability to tank such attacks as he did before . like if vegeta would've hit jiren with that super charged final flash after getting knocked around from MUI goku it would've really done some big damage .

@@zacharywilliams4575 His hair and eyes mutate. It's just as much a mutation as any super saiyan form. Kaioken doesn't transform his body at all, only a change in aura and causes severe draw back. Had UI not transformed his body in any way it could be considered a technique.

Jiren is always stronger than Broly, because Jiren keeps training and Broly most likely won't. Lets not forget, Jiren is also pretty similar to Broly, he gets stronger and stronger too in the Manga even after the limit. Jiren has superior fighting sence, and powerful body. But Broly has the Saiyan rage... not sure if this is enough.
I agree with you, logically broly can't just surpass jiren just like that. The only way that could happen is through plot armor. MUI is definitely the strongest form. It cannot be controlled yet though. It's obviously the ultimate form for Goku and Vegeta to achieve to challenge Beerus and the deities. We got a glimpse of it in the ToP. Also Broly is the strongest individual mortal in Universe 7 present. So he is the mightiest currently without MUI Goku
Tbh people kinda lowball broly, he might not be Jiren but he still was suprisingly good at the movie now that I think about him, like : Beating up SSB goku, SSB vegeta, golden Frieza and gogeta until he turned SSB ( all at full health and stamina ) is worthy of being something placing him GoD tier or higher, and with SSB gogeta easily beating him up it’s just something that makes the argument harder Meanwhile Jiren fought against a weakened ( correct me if I’m wrong ): (He fought Hit alone and had time to recover) Vegeta, Android 17, frieza and goku, goku fought the pride trooper guys but they wouldn’t make much of a difference, sure Jiren is very strong but it took all of them combined to finally finish him off, it wasn’t just MUI goku
Remember mate, Broly fought (pummeled) Frieza for a full hour while the entire Tournament of power went for 45 minutes. Broly has amazing potential, but it is hard to gauge how strong Broly really is.

People seem to scratch out that Frieza is extremely powerful, as well as having godlike level of durability. This was after the T.O.P., which one would assume Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza are so much stronger in DBS:B compared to Super's last arc. People jump the shark on the fusion scene, calling it random and out of nowhere for a seemingly "weak" Broly, even though he wasn't receiving a scratch from Goku and Vegeta blue in just ssj. If Goku really goes for fusion, his own full power and Vegeta's are not enough to even take Broly on. Goku is really gonna need UI to take on Full Power SSJ Broly. Otherwise, he's most likely going to be ragdolled worse than when Broly humiliated him in his ssg form. They are both easily dead without using unorthodox methods.
We still haven't seen him at full power, with any training, or unlock higher forms of LSSJ. Honestly imagine how many Broly would clap if he got his hands on some god ki.

Swizz lol, while I think he would have put up a good fight, the only time UI worked was VS kefla, it failed both times VS jiren. Now I dont know if broly is weaker or stronger then jiren, but I'm pretty sure hes somewhat close to his level. So I think it's safe to assume mui would run out before he could finish the fight.

The reason they fused against broly is because any form vegeta and goku took out broly would match it because his power kept growing in power but When they fused into gogeta was to much of a power gap for broly to match in time

In my mind, if the fusions are a culmination of both Goku and Vegeta and then multiplied, then that would make both Gogeta and Vegito stronger than anything Goku and Vegeta could be on their own. From my understanding, the fusions have all the knowledge and techniques of both individuals at their disposal and then they have their power multiplied by god knows how much, plus the fusion is an entirely new being capable of coming up with their own techniques and stuff. I'd like to believe that this would, in theory, make them stronger than Goku UI. As for which fusion is stronger, i'd like to believe that in terms of raw strength since both of them are made up of Goku and Vegeta that they're basically equals. Not saying one can't beat the other, but if they were just measuring strength alone, they'd probably be equal.

Gogeta is stronger. No questions. Vegito in the Buu Saga was stronger than SSJ3 Goku by miles in his BASE form. Gogeta after the TOP in his base would probably be stronger than God Goku. Gogeta is Goku and Vegeta FUSED and MULTIPLIED! As stated in the movie. MUI Goku by himself wouldn’t make any sense to be stronger than Gogeta.

Let’s use your example. Gogeta in his base is stronger than both SSB Goku and Vegeta. Super Saiyan is a 50x multiplier. We don’t know what Super Saiyan Blue’s multiplier is but it’s way past SSJ so adding that multiplier plus the fusion multiplier would be larger than any power boost MUI gives Goku.
Jiren is stronger as of right now, broly is potentially stronger, considering broly gets proper training thats not from his weak ASF dad, plus the idea of him obtaining ssjgod or blue ..
But jiren was fighting a blue goku . Acutally goku vegeta and struggled and lost against Broly with their God forms. So jiren might have trouble since he did fight goku on his God form, broly handled goku and vegeta much more efficiently I say and caused them to fuse

Lets not forget also the Whis stated in the Resurrection F arc/movie that if Goku and Vegeta worked together, they could defeat Beerus, and they were alot weaker in that arc than they were against Broly
What other proof do we have to go off of? Jiren far surpasses broly at his current power and battle techniques and Mui beat the shit out of Jiren, broly has more potential for sure but gogeta blue had used one of his most powerful attacks that we know of, Going off of the broly movie is almost the same as going off of hero's.

Can people stop comparing Vegito Blue (Future Trunks Arc), and Gogeta Blue (Post TOP)? It's not even close. Think of the Zen Kai boosts Vegeta and Goku got in the TOP.
Vegito is the better fusion regardless because it's done with the potara. But vegito in the goku black arc would get wrecked by post TOP gogeta. If they were both post TOP vegito would win.

People heavily sleep on Broly. He went from not being ssj level, to being above SSGSS in his base. Then quickly caught up to Gogeta, imagine if he actually trained. Every power level they hit, Broly quickly followed and overcame, but going SSJ2 to SSGSS Gogeta was to much of a gap, and he got absolutely speed blitzed before he can start adapting. Now I assume since he knows those power levels and went above ssgss in his base, he no longer needs to adapt, his base is forever gonna be ssgss level, so imagine once he trains and learns how to use his power, its over for almost everyone. I'm kinda glad they did it this way, to show he needs to get stronger too, if they didn't, they would have had to kill him.
MUI Goku and Full Power Jiren didn't have that reality to break, they weren't already in an Infanite realm void of any material, and MUI Goku still had an effect of the area "shaking it", even Super Boo has ripped through a dimension before.

Of course ultra instinct is stronger. People don't seem to understand the magnitude of this form. Jiren is a truly unique warrior and gave people the illusion that somebody else can keep up. The complete state of ultra instinct is so powerful, mythical, divine, that even gods stood up as a sign of respect. Gogeta is just another powerful warrior like jiren, who would get beat. Now if jiren and goku fought again, I think round two goes to jiren. There is no doubt the guy is getting even more powerful with his unique training. Jiren broke his mental barriers as well, next time we see the legendary pride trooper it will be a true spectacle of power and control.
This Gogeta is literally the fusion of post T.O.P Ssb Goku and Ssb Vegeta, who are each thousands of times multi-versal in their own right (which is a lowball). In fusion the two people fusing, will have their power multiplied by each other so they are already ridiculously strong. You also have to take into consideration that Goku can only stay in his MUI form for about 1 minute & 45 seconds to 2 minutes, yet in DBS Broly, we see Gogeta fighting Broly for over 2 minutes, completely over powered him, didn't de-fuse, and showed no sign of fatigue at all. Also, let's not forget that Gogeta can most likely stack kaioken x10 or kaioken x20 on top of the already powerful Ssb. Gogeta is definitely as fast, but most likely faster than MUI Goku because again, He is the fusion of post T.O.P Ssb Goku & Ssb Vegeta, who are each over septillions times FTL, multiplied by each other! So yeah, imo, Gogeta Blue takes the cake.
The problem with Goku's statements in regards to Beerus is the level Beerus is supposed to be at is constantly getting higher. He went from initial God Goku being contestable with a suppressed Beerus to Beerus sweating at the idea of fighting Blue Kaioken x10 Goku in the U6 arc to where we are now where Beerus is still vaguely stronger or equal to Goku even still. It's weird to be sure

I understand using feats to assess power, but there is no way that MUI Goku is stronger than Gogeta. He is the combination of Goku (the one doing UI) and Vegeta (another ungodly powerful fighter). In every fusion the the new being can do everything the participants did AND ASCEND EVEN HIGHER. Gogeta can do everything Goku can, only faster, stronger, and better in every way.
Yes but you have to understand that unlike ssjb goku can't use ui whenever. So during fusions the max transformation that goku can use is ssjb. Ssjb goku got destroyed by jiren but ui was even(ish) with mui destroying jiren so proving that ssjb is not even close in power to mui.

Personally, I believe that Ultra Instinct has a weakness. The ability to attack and defend without thinking about it is limited by how fast your limbs can move (your speed). Your speed is dependent on your power level. In other words, if someone is faster than you, even if you block without thinking about it, your enemy's attack will still hit you because their speed is faster than yours. This is why the Grand Priest (who knows UI) has one of the top 5 battle powers in all the universes. This means having UI is not enough - you still need to have a high power level to use it correctly. This is why if UI Goku fought Whis, Whis would beat him easily. Whis has a higher power level (and therefore higher speed) than Goku. Both of them move without thinking, but Whis's limbs can move faster than Goku's and Goku loses. Sooo...basically, if Gogeta Blue has a higher power level than UI Goku, he will beat him.

When you combine Goku unlocking his true fighting speed along with the power boost UI gave him, it makes sense that Goku would beat him easily. In other words, once Goku achieved MUI, his power level was *higher* than Jiren's - so he won.

Exactly what I was thinking, I mean if I recall the main reason Gogeta went blue was because he knew Broly had to be put down quick. The only other thing we have to even come close to "compare" is Heroes...and in Heroes Jiren was more amazed by Gogeta than UI Goku. (I know it's not canon but there really is no other comparison) so IMO we really can't judge which is better out of UI or Gogeta Blue
That just shows HOW much stronger Gegeta was. Look at it this way. In a fight where they had NO choice but to fuse to win, then once fused, Gogeta just straight up flexed on Broly until he got bored. UI Goku got fucked up by Jiren multiple times and only won because Jiren wanted to test his own strength and wanted to prove something more than win the tournament. If that wasn't the case, UI Goku woulda straight up lost. Gogeta on the other hand, had absolutely 0 chance of losing to Broly. None what so ever.
So taking this into account, it's actuallt not a bad gage to show just how much more stronger Gogeta Blue is compared to Bluku and Blugeta. Also there was a line Whis says. Most people think of it as a throw away line but he says "See, you two can work together!" when he first see's Gogeta. He always implied that if they worked together, they would be more powerful than Beerus. So by this we can assume that Gogeta is indeed AT LEAST on par with Beerus. Making him at the very least, as strong as UI.
Personally, I think he's stronger than UI when it comes to raw power. The thing about UI and MUI is it's not all about raw power, more about overwhelming speed. Since the body reacts automatically in both offense and defence, it's less about the pure strength and more about the overwhelming amount and unreadable attacks while being able to simultaneously avoid being hit.
Gogeta literally BREAKS REALITY when fighting with Broly. Yes that can attested to the fact him and Broly are super strong and their combined power broke reality but Gogeta was HOLDING BACK in the fight as to not kill Broly. He had no intention of killing him. We can see this because when the Final Kamehameha just misses Broly due to the wish Chelai made, he's super relieved and happy.
Conclusion: Raw power, Gogeta is stronger than MUI, Speed and battle prowess in general MUI is stronger. If they could go toe to toe, it will more than likely be a draw. But I have to give the edge to MUI since, unreadable and automatic attacks, plus Soul Punisher will not work on MUI since it only works against the corrupt of heart and Goku is the most pure of heart character in the series. Soul Punisher is one of the strongest moves in the entire series so it's a big loss not being able to use it. As a Gogeta fanboy, admitting this doesn't feel great but right now, we just don't know enough about Gogeta to make the claim he's indeed stronger than MUI but we know full well what MUI is capable of and the potential it has.

Gohan and Vegeta noticed very quickly when they saw UI Goku for first time fighting, it was very different. And sure, Gogeta has way higher powerlevel than Goku, but we know in ToP that it doesn't matter much. Suppressed Jiren has also a gigantic powerlevel, casually fighting SSBE Vegeta and SSBKK20 Goku at same time, he could one shot them at any time but he was just toying around. Even Beerus (and Whis) refused to give Potara ear-rings, because they fear Jiren would ring-them out together losing both Goku AND Vegeta. But regular UI Goku was able to close that gap solo... that's insane transformation. Not strange, because Goku learned UI basically from Whis... Whis himself said that UI basically makes you INVINCIBLE in combat, hence why Jiren with insane high power-level struggled taking down Goku's "invincible transformation". So Gogeta should, in theory, also unable to beat UI Goku, he can only drag the fight till Goku loses the effect. But don't say that only UI has time-limit... I'm sure you know that Fusions have also strict time-limit, Gogeta is not a Jiren. I'm sure 1 more SSB Kamehameha in movie and Gogeta would defuse against Broly. Unless you suggest Gogeta is superior to Vegito and they can stay longer fused...... but that's not proven and also just lame to think about.

UI is definitely the feat king, especially since it's the marketing flagship at the moment. They've been pretty careful about stockpiling info about it; going out of the way to not verbally scale during the Broly film, to Jiren or otherwise, seems to be a part of that. I imagine Beerus will slide up in scale as the story goes on too, even though logically they should be way past that point. Good video.

The thing I didn't like about UI or MUI is the fact that it's clearly known that it's a technique and not a form , so where did all this new overwhelming power goku gained come from ? It's was supposed to be a technique of ultimate heightened sense of awareness and instinct, not another power up form like another level of super saiyan. So even tho goku can't activate MUI at will , shouldn't he at Least still have access to that enormous power ? In my mind, if the fusions are a culmination of both Goku and Vegeta and then multiplied, then that would make both Gogeta and Vegito stronger than anything Goku and Vegeta could be on their own. From my understanding, the fusions have all the knowledge and techniques of both individuals at their disposal and then they have their power multiplied by god knows how much, plus the fusion is an entirely new being capable of coming up with their own techniques and stuff. I'd like to believe that this would, in theory, make them stronger than Goku UI. As for which fusion is stronger, i'd like to believe that in terms of raw strength since both of them are made up of Goku and Vegeta that they're basically equals. Not saying one can't beat the other, but if they were just measuring strength alone, they'd probably be equal.

Let’s use your example. Gogeta in his base is stronger than both SSB Goku and Vegeta. Super Saiyan is a 50x multiplier. We don’t know what Super Saiyan Blue’s multiplier is but it’s way past SSJ so adding that multiplier plus the fusion multiplier would be larger than any power boost MUI gives Goku.
Jiren is stronger as of right now, broly is potentially stronger, considering broly gets proper training thats not from his weak ASF dad, plus the idea of him obtaining ssjgod or blue ..

He went from not being ssj level, to being above SSGSS in his base.
Then quickly caught up to Gogeta, imagine if he actually trained.
Every power level they hit, Broly quickly followed and overcame, but going SSJ2 to SSGSS Gogeta was to much of a gap, and he got absolutely speed blitzed before he can start adapting.
Now I assume since he knows those power levels and went above ssgss in his base, he no longer needs to adapt, his base is forever gonna be ssgss level, so imagine once he trains and learns how to use his power, its over for almost everyone.
I'm kinda glad they did it this way, to show he needs to get stronger too, if they didn't, they would have had to kill him.

The complete state of ultra instinct is so powerful, mythical, divine, that even gods stood up as a sign of respect. Gogeta is just another powerful warrior like jiren, who would get beat. Now if jiren and goku fought again, I think round two goes to jiren. There is no doubt the guy is getting even more powerful with his unique training. Jiren broke his mental barriers as well, next time we see the legendary pride trooper it will be a true spectacle of power and control.

This Gogeta is literally the fusion of post T.O.P Ssb Goku and Ssb Vegeta, who are each thousands of times multi-versal in their own right (which is a lowball). In fusion the two people fusing, will have their power multiplied by each other so they are already ridiculously strong. You also have to take into consideration that Goku can only stay in his MUI form for about 1 minute & 45 seconds to 2 minutes, yet in DBS Broly, we see Gogeta fighting Broly for over 2 minutes, completely over powered him, didn't de-fuse, and showed no sign of fatigue at all. Also, let's not forget that Gogeta can most likely stack kaioken x10 or kaioken x20 on top of the already powerful Ssb. Gogeta is definitely as fast, but most likely faster than MUI Goku because again, He is the fusion of post T.O.P Ssb Goku & Ssb Vegeta, who are each over septillions times FTL, multiplied by each other! So yeah, imo, Gogeta Blue takes the cake.

The problem with Goku's statements in regards to Beerus is the level Beerus is supposed to be at is constantly getting higher. He went from initial God Goku being contestable with a suppressed Beerus to Beerus sweating at the idea of fighting Blue Kaioken x10 Goku in the U6 arc to where we are now where Beerus is still vaguely stronger or equal to Goku even still.

I understand using feats to assess power, but there is no way that MUI Goku is stronger than Gogeta. He is the combination of Goku (the one doing UI) and Vegeta (another ungodly powerful fighter). In every fusion the the new being can do everything the participants did AND ASCEND EVEN HIGHER. Gogeta can do everything Goku can, only faster, stronger, and better in every way.
Yes but you have to understand that unlike ssjb goku can't use ui whenever. So during fusions the max transformation that goku can use is ssjb. Ssjb goku got destroyed by jiren but ui was even(ish) with mui destroying jiren so proving that ssjb is not even close in power to mui.

Personally, I believe that Ultra Instinct has a weakness. The ability to attack and defend without thinking about it is limited by how fast your limbs can move (your speed). Your speed is dependent on your power level. In other words, if someone is faster than you, even if you block without thinking about it, your enemy's attack will still hit you because their speed is faster than yours. This is why the Grand Priest (who knows UI) has one of the top 5 battle powers in all the universes. This means having UI is not enough - you still need to have a high power level to use it correctly. This is why if UI Goku fought Whis, Whis would beat him easily. Whis has a higher power level (and therefore higher speed) than Goku. Both of them move without thinking, but Whis's limbs can move faster than Goku's and Goku loses. Sooo...basically, if Gogeta Blue has a higher power level than UI Goku, he will beat him.
