A person with 8 lakhs per annum, 5 acres of land , with their bank balance more than 1c (Thats not even considered.) and staying in a 1 bhk flat is considered economically weaker section.
But a person with less than 2 lakh per annum salary, less than 5 acres land , no income , no bank balance but a 100 year old house in a village which is more than 4 cent land is considered economically stronger?
What difference does it make if the plot you have with no agriculture or income next to your house, and if its residential you are not eligible. This has to be clear. If the agricultural land a person owns is his residential plot, how can it be denied?
This is seriously a criteria that has to be changed if we give any value to this reservation system,rather than putting up for the name sake.

Noone cares. Nobody cares. My situation is like this. I have a house more than 1000 sq ft. I wonder who doent make house more than 1000 sq ft but can earn close to 8 lakh

Sir please raise the issue of age relaxation and fee concession in in EWS category.
Its very important in getting selection in any government organisations.
No one is listening to our problem.
In every reservation there is 5 years age relaxation and no fee in government examinations.
In EWS category there is only 10% reservation and in many states EWS is not ruled out.
Without age relaxation to upto 5 years and fee concession EWS reservation is nothing
Already we lost 3 valuable years from giving government exams due to Corona
We are hopeful that you will fight and get a solution very fast

Suppose person A' fanily income was below 8 lac for the financial year 2021-22 now his family income is above 8 lac in 2022-23
Can he get an ews certificate valid for the current financial year i.e. 2022-23

1st of all you must tell us how they will measure house area.We have house made on 950 sq ft area but it is two storeyed.So they will count it only 950sqft or 1900 sq ft.950×2=1900.If anyone knows kindly clear it

Absolutely rubbish criteria to EWS... Jinhone pm banaya, advertisement kiya unhi ke sath bluf kiya jaa raha hai. Bechare middle class kabhi benifit nahi le sakta hai. 30 saal ke married person ke parents ki income aur property count karna kaha ka insaaf hai

Sir a male above 25 age is known as independent, and is not eligible to get any benefit from fathers job. So why can't he apply for EWS certificate?

What does the term 'residential plot' mean in the EWS reservation criteria? Should it be a vacant plot or a plot with some construction on it also comes under it?
Plot in your/your parents/Spouse name.
Construction or without Construction doesn't matter.

Then i moved an a review application for the same and same was dismissed as well...

Members of family are counted on the basis of Ration card or if I have to make I have to only count my parents and siblings???
In my ration card, my grandparents my uncle, my parents all are combined.
