- Hey everyone and new friends,
This is a pretty special video I've put together for a challenge/competition from Soma to create a tutorial for one of their gear pieces. I happen to have a SOMA RoAT, so here it is, my first-ever tutorial video!
What better synth to chaotically start doing synth tutorial videos with than this amazing tiny synth of CHAOS! Soma Rumble of Ancient Times.
I hope you enjoy this video, my apologies as it was supposed to just be 10 minutes long. I got quite carried away with noise-riffin', but with a RoAT, it could happen to YOUUUU!
I've tried to chop down the video as much as possible and I get through mostly everything by the 10-minute mark, after that it's mostly Jamutainment.

i have thought i seen people turn one knob on 5 for delay i thought i could be wrong but i sweat i thought it has delay built in
Delay it's the only thing missing on RoAT

i connect m roAT in to my pedal BOOS DD3T and i dont have any signal in my audio intreface MOTU.Maybe this one needs a signal amplifier? I listen to all of you, delighted with your responses.Can someone here help me with this, I don't know why something like this happens.
I feel like you should be able to get some kind of signal into the interface, and then use a plugin to boost? That's weird. MAybe a signal amp, or amp simulator unit could help? I'm sorry about that!
@@DarkTapes I was currently able to find where it comes from. I had a distortion pedal with a LANDLORD amp, and the signal increases considerably. It is only a pedal that only adds a preamplified signal. I also don't know how you are processing the audio in this video. but more people here will be able to read this information
@@ibara3321 oh that's good! For this video, the RoAT went into the korg KP2 mini, into my Zoom H2n4k camera. I then usually throw the focusrite "balancer" plugin on top, with Molotok compressor in adobe premiere while editing the video.
