We started spec'ing our belt trailers with the tandem positioned 2ft forward so that mudflaps wouldn't get torn off when the trailer backed up to a pile of litter to unload. Haven't had any torn flaps since.
Yeah it sucks you losing a mudflap, but it's good for the owner, the boss to see how easily it can happen. Hopefully that will keep the next driver that makes a mistake, not feeling your rath.
You know as it's said in trucking things happen thankfully the back side of the bolts didn't damage a tire while backing up so you did catch a break on that part ties as you know are alot more expensive to replace than a mud flap with chrome weight
I ve seen tye reveal on Bruce Wilson's channel. It looks like any other normal peterbilt It's just a little bit wider inside and the dashboard is different but other than that nothing has changed physically
If tearing a mud flap off is the worst thing you do that's not to bad. It could be that they are a little bit to long which catches everything looks good but is something that happens

Having to look at those windshield wipers for 10 hours a day would give me a Headache. Kenworth motto is The Words Best, that doesn't until that would get changed I'd have to pass.
