Love these O’s. O’Hearn broke my 8 yo son’s nose game two of the reds series. Cowser and Westburg came over and evaluated him for a concussion, signed his ball, and came back to check on him two more times. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys.

@@PanoramaJazzBandI believe that is part of the evaluation process. It is amazing what a great locker room environment can do for a team. Obviously you need talent because losing can tank a locker room also, but toxic personalities can as well
@@ravenlunatic1168 Yeah, I'm with you on that. For example, when Ryan McKenna dropped that pop-fly in Boston at the beginning of last year, Austin Hays was right there to say he's a good player just that these things happen.

Adley will need to switch positions and unless Gunnar switches agents I really doubt he returns. Baltimore will never be able to compete with places like NY,CA and TX.
@@DylanVolksVictim The difference maker is simple. If Gunnar WANTS to be here, he will be. We are a good competitive team now. And we have new leadership. We can work something out I guarantee it’s at least possible

I have been a diehard Orioles fan for 40+ years, and I have never seen a team like this one. Go O’s!!!
Sorry you're too young to remember the best Orioles teams that ever existed. Mid sixties then for a decade thereafter. But hey if these youngsters can win 7 or 8 division titles 5 or six pennants, a couple or three World Series in in the next 15 or 20 years then yeah talk to me about this being the best Oriole team ever. You've been a fan for 40 years so in essence you never got to see 4 20 game winners on one team backed up by guys like Brooks, Frank, Boog, the blade, Davey Johnson, Louie Aparicio, Gentile, Paul Blair, Don Buford, Jerry Adair, Norm Siebert blah blah blah. As an O's fan from almost the beginning these kids have the potential to outshine and out perform the legends but let's not have the coronation quite yet. One step at a time, how about they win a playoff game first.
@@davidjeffries5026 My dad tells me often about those teams, and I have the utmost respect for all the legends and history of the Orioles. Specifically for me, this present team is the best I have witnessed. They have the potential to be great like the history -making Oriole teams. I’ve said it a number of times that we need teams who have players that end up immortalized with statues next to Frank and Brooks, Earl, Cal, Eddie, and Jim. Today, I feel confident in this group. Rutschman and Gunnar would make great additions to legends park if all goes well.
Props to the Orioles hitters and to the hitting coaches. Figuring out your approach is a big win.
Imagine the 4 aces starting with Kremer and Irvin going in for 7th and 8th. Kimbrel makes me nervous, but a lot of those guys can close the 9th out.

I wonder if Dadley's change in approach is a consequence of him occupying the 2nd spot rather than leadoff.
I believe part of the answer is Hyde wants Henderson to lead off because of his speed on the bases. He has 6 steals I believe. Also sets up Adley with more rbi opportunities.

Wells makes me nervous as well, now that I think about it, maybe Wells should remain a starter on a short lease cause he’s prone to allow opponents to get back in game if he’s coming in from Bullpen

If these guys keep hitting how there are now I wouldn’t add any hitter s at the trade deadline hopefully Jackson is are biggest hitting addition at the trade deadline just get a shutdown bullpen arm
