As a Warriors fan, I thought it was odd that our team and the Lakers were getting so much attention. The NBA cannot be promoted well if they’re focusing on losing teams, because no one cares about losers. Instead the league needs to focus more on teams like the Nuggets, Mavericks, Timberwolves, and the Knicks. Players like Nikola Jokic, Luka Doncic, Anthony Edwards, and Jalen Brunson are the future of the sport.
Not to mention that a lot of these players deserve way more attention than these aging ones. Jokic deserves way more attention than LeBron or Durant.
Because the media pundits are frauds who just want to hype up the teams with the biggest fanbases. Basically telling the fans what they want to hear.

Absolutely, the second I heard the Clippers traded for Harden I wrote them off as potential contenders this season. The West has a lot of really good teams, and Harden will lose one or two games for you, guaranteed, in every playoff series. Five days ago, with their series tied, I had zero doubts the Mavs would win.

Durant should have re-signed with OKC back in 2016 and demanded they trade Westbrook for a real PG like CP3. I never had a problem with him leaving OKC, but to sign with the team that just BEAT you a couple months earlier, when you were up 3-1 and YOU couldn't will your team to ONE more victory, is still almost inconceivable to me.
