On our 5th day in Germany, we embarked on an unforgettable adventure to Neuschwanstein Castle, a breathtakingly beautiful and iconic destination. This majestic castle, built in 1886 as a private retreat for the reclusive King Ludwig II, boasts a stunning clifftop location and ornate rooms that will leave you in awe. Although photography is not allowed inside, the intricate design and details of the rooms and halls are truly extrinsic and worth experiencing. Outside, we strolled along the scenic trail and crossed the Marienbrücke bridge, taking in the dramatic views of the waterfall below. Fun fact: Neuschwanstein Castle was the inspiration for Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle, making it one of the most recognizable castles globally
