- From legendary villains to real-life controversies, this list is a shocking exploration of the sinister side of Hollywood.
Buckle up for a rollercoaster ride through scandalous feuds, jaw-dropping controversies, and, of course, a dash of timeless Hollywood charm. Here are the 70 Most Evil Actors in Hollywood History.
Let’s begin.
I worked with Pierce Brosnan on the show The Son. He is the absolutely nicest actor I have ever worked with or even known of! He was as polite and approachable as could be! He was kind to everyone on the set including background actors. James Corden is widely known to be an arrogant ass so if Pierce Brosnan was rude to him he probably deserved it and likely had a good reason.
I've never met anyone famous , but I have heard from many sources that Jerry Lewis was a big jerk .
And a creep too propositioning the ladies .
-
James Cordon is an A*s , most everyone dislikes him. Pierce had every right to be angry or rude to him... Pierce is a nice guy but James Cordon isnt.
He didn't have to give her an autograph if he didn't want to. Maybe he had a bad day that day... that old woman needs to get over it. @@tamsintarshish3905
@@tamsintarshish3905-- sounds like she saw one.
So, these people were a normal crosscut of society? Most of these people were not evil at all, just jerks.
Remove Robert Mitchum and add George Scott. To call these actors evil is a bit strong
A bit?
Evil is a harsh word.and you provide no evidence for your claims
agree. When is being a jerk the definition of evil.
These guys were not evil, Whoopi goldturd is 👿
This is ridiculous
Only saw a few of your featured actors but it’s interesting to note, they are all dead and cannot defend themselves
Many of the actors on this list are still alive so don’t know what your comment proves
I missed what was so evil about Jimmy Stewart. Yes, they said he drank, but didn't indicate he did anything awful while drinking.
So, I looked up what I could find online about Jimmy Stewart and it seems he was a really sweet guy. Married to the same woman forever. No scandals, no affairs, no drunken on set antics. He did play the accordion, so there is that, unless you like the accordion.
He left a lucrative career to go fight for his country and earned the rank of Brigadier.
He was humble and kind, liberal in his politics but respectful of others' opinions.
Please tell me where the evil is.

There are alot of really creepy and horrible " christians" out there so if he is a great guy then that's just how he is as a person and has nothing to do with him being a Christian at all. When I hear that someone is a good Christian man I automatically put my guard up...watch out.
Agreed. I think the makers just wanted to make sure they reached their goal of 70. I'd swap Stewart with Yul Brynner, who is said to have been very irritating, infatuated with himself, bombastic and arrogant. At least... Hearsay, your Honor....
Jimmy Stewart was a good guy… 😊
James Stewart was a fighter pilot in WWII and flew dozens of bombing missions over Germany and the territory it occupied. Clark Gable also flew many missions. I never read anything bad about him. Jimmy Cagney was a friend of a friends parents. Just delightful, happily married all his adult life. He played tricks on these two boys, reverting to his vicious gangster roles and what he'd do to them if they wouldn't be up and ready to do something, as he did in White Heat. Gene Kelly also changed dance, a perfectionist who didn't tolerate fools gladly but at heart a good man. Political, intelligent. This guy needs to read biographies on these people. Phony John Wayne never did anything in the war like others, nasty temper. I won't go on, it's disgraceful. I know more than this guy does. Oh, I just watched a bio on Kirk Douglas, a total and constant cheat who may be responsible for a woman's suicide.
My dad was a fraternity brother of Gene Kelly at the University of Pittsburgh, and only had wonderful things to say about him.
I was at a boxing camp in Westport, Conn in the 60's and Kirk Douglas' kids boxed there too and Kirk would come around and was always great to everyone there. He was a knowledgeable boxer who gave us some tips that I still remember.
So were there any actors in Hollywood who weren't evil? What about the actresses?
I heard good things about Gene Kelly but he was demanding, he wanted perfection, sometimes that rubs lazy people the wrong way.
Gene Kelly was a perfectionist and DEMANDED that people work hard. No one worked harder or pushed themselves further than he did. Everyone cries because he was "mean" to Debbie Reynolds. She was 19 when she was cast in Singing in the Rain and she wasn't ready: her singing voice was dubbed and Kelly rehearsed her dance routines until they were up to an acceptable standard. In the end, she did okay, but a trained dancer would have danced rings around her. She had no right to whine - when you're in the big leagues, you have to do what it takes to deliver. Her incessant whioning about it reveals precisely wht he had a hard time with her.
@@lexdunn4160 Those were the qualities that my dad admired about Kelly. Back then the phrase "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right." was instilled in me from birth. I've carried it with me my whole life and haven't regretted it. Kelly wanted what ever did be the highest possible quality. Nothing wrong there.
I would like to see the 70 most nicest actors too.
Yes I b would like to see and hear something positive and uplifting ! 😅
When you add The Duke to list of “evil” actors you’ve gone too far. Difficult, tough, mean, grumpy genius etc. are a far cry from “evil”. I give this stupid hit piece 0 out 10.
If he knows so much why are half the "photos" of Greta Garbo, actually Marion Davies? Don't waste your time.
I wondered about that to....thought it might be some kinda shtick! x
These compilations are all a waste of time.
Evil is certainly a wrong title. With some of them hardly touched upon. I wondered how come he found so many! My Father, a stand up comic, was told by his employer to ask Frank Sinatra to come up on stage when he noticed him in the audience. When he refused, his boss said if he didn't, he would not get paid & would not pass on a good report. Not a nice fellow, so my Father showed sense & respect by approaching FS privately at his table & politely asked him. He was greeted with an angry glare & told that if he continued to pursue this, he would ensure that his career was destroyed. FS then quickly changed his glare to a smile, knowing that people were probably watching them. My poor Father apologised & explained the situation. Frank Sinatra kept smiling & icily said, "Your job or your career?" Maybe not so nice either! My Father politely apologised for disturbing them and told them to enjoy their evening. Maybe the rumours of the 'rat pack' weren't just rumours!
I never liked FS, just something about him. Never met him or seen him in person. Guess I picked up on a vibe or something. Sorry your Dad had to put up with F.S.’s bullying.
😂❤
It baffles me that people are surprised over highly talented performers having no tolerance for others getting in the way of their work. You try holding down a major romantic/dramatic lead role for a major studio for 20 years and see how you do.
Wrong headline🤬
I loved the original Star Trek series, except I couldn't really stand Captain Kirk. I mean, William Shatner.
Worked with Crowe as an "extra in Toronto on Cinderella man (Ron Howard NICEST genuine human EVER) and he even gave Crowe dirty looks when hed yell "Ronnie hey Ronnie!) he was rude, threw his boxing gloves at extras, made us wait for HOURS while he was under heatlamps and drank straight booze ! also sat in my seat and smoked a ciggerette while his "assistant" came around bothering us for our phone numbers to meet later on his "boat" (WHILE his wife and kid were IN the garden building! ) also he took 2 big crown royale bottles for "free" at a liquer store , and when asked about it "winked" and just left. Horrible human being...was a nightmare. Also blared music (same songs over and over "new york new york" , hair of the dog (nazareth) . To this DAY I cant watch "Gladiator as he came out screaming "are you not entertained!. .why.. NO Russell we wernt:(
I find some of these rather odd. One thing I noticed is most all these men had/have alcohol / substance abuse, and some ego/arrogant issues.
I wouldn't say all these actors were "evil." Maybe rude, arrogant, mean, etc. But evil only really applies to a couple of them.
I think Cary Elwes could play a good look alike for Errol Flynn. 1:35
Got as far as Shatner and I have questions. I don't remember the episode of TNG with Captain Kirk and Lt Yar.
And, so far I have yet to see anyone evil. Unpleasant at best, but not evil.
Okay I was wrong. The got to Cosby, and Chaplin. Those two are gross.
What is evil is calling people you never even met evil.
Ohhhhh!!! THIS ONE’S Gonna Get Some Blow Back, For Sure!!
if Woody Allen did abuse his own daughter and her plea for justice has been over ruled by his perceived "creative genius" I humbly plead that the universe intervenes and does her thing! Karma is a powerful force.....work your magic mama!
Martin Sheen = explains why Charlie is messed up
one person who def is not to blame for charlies own choices is martin, guy is a really good dad ask any of his kids including charlie when he isn`t out of his skull!, this is the second video i have seen from this guy and its no improvement! in the last one he tried to say sinatras daughter with his wife was a result of an affair with ava gardner, can`t even get basic facts right
Kirk Douglas / Michaell Douglas ?
"He had the charm of a cactus in a heatwave." Nice. Ima gonna memorize it
My goodness it seems most of Hollywood men were horrible ..I think you covered them all . What a disappointment ….Dread to hear what Hollywood women actresses were and are like……..Well, I guess that’s Hollywood…….
The inclusion of the word Evil in the title is just to get you to watch the whole thing, which does work! Lol
In my opinion. The irony of Richard Dreyfus testimony against Bill Murray at #66, but Richard Dreyfus was ranked # 10❗️
Everyone has an evil side so why should we be surprised by this list
Most weren’t a big surprise. The ones I did find shocking were
Pierce Bronson,
Gary Cooper,
Jimmy Stewart, McDreamy ,
Humphrey Bogart,
I realize some had major alcohol problems, but otherwise weren’t known to be evil.
Spot on ! Seeing their names in the same bus as Woody Allen or Rourke for ex. is more than odd....
Myrna Loy pushed Clark Gable into a rose bush because of his unwanted advances...
😅
And the coolest of the cool Sam Elliott
Most evil actor what about Robert Blake?
What is supposed to be evil about these hard to work with actors. The narrator doesn't understand the meaning of evil.
Another thing why did the narrator only mention the dark side of Hollywood when he was talking about Wesley Snipes?
Sinatra sounds like the perfect man, besides the duke
Marvin = he was a Marine ( in a good way)
I often find these types of presentations less than convincing. The comments from others have not taken into consideration the other person’s problems. How people actually see themselves? Some people actually see themselves better than other people, narcissist, and often are unable to take criticisms.
Jean Hackman??? Gene would be even more pissed if he knew you misspelled his name
In my opinion. When I saw cosby at #42 accused of assaulting over 60 women to James Stewart a war hero at #11. I have to question your rating system ❗️
I was a professional actor for a few decades, mostly on stage and a couple of recurring TV roles. The line "ego was a rarity in the humble world of actors made my drink come out my nose. Either you are being ironic or you have no idea of you you speak.
Wot a load of 💩
A really nasty actor I’ve met is Elliot Gould. That was in the early 70s. I saw him in a movie theater and while waiting for the movie to start, I walked down the aisle and came up to him saying, “Hello, Mr. Gould.” He looked me up and down and told me to go home and put a dress on!!! Can you imagine?!
Would someone please tell me who the guy in the black and white photo in the very beginning is?
Alec Baldwin highly suspect …😢
Ernest Borgnine, was a nice guy from all I have heard, I was facebook friends with his wife Tova. He seemed like a lovely, down to earth guy.
Evil is a bit harsh… heavy or … jerk , maybe more appropriate. 😅
The Love Guru killed Meyers career good riddance
I love Bruce Lee! 😊
Most of these people aren’t evil at all. But, I agree with Bill Cosby and Kevin Spacey. I’m up to Kevin now so I know there’s a few more to come. I’ll assume Danny Masterson is on the list.
So this is less about evil people in hollywood, and all about which actors don't kiss the ass of paparazzi and fans who feel they are owed something.
Hard to believe you covered people who didn’t get along with Bill Murray and omitted Lucy Liu.
Okay, a whole lot of spelling mis-takes, a bunch of people who definitely do not belong on this list other than 1 person or producer($) started a rumor.... and yet no mention of marky mark wahlberg. (and asshton kucher) seriously?
I think you could also chalk much of this “bad behavior” to alcohol 🍷 and ego 😅
I don't see how Jimmy Stewart made this list.
can't believe they put bruce lee on this. and oh yeah he is not evil
Flynn looked like my dad.
Not John Wayne and Kevin Costner I think pride gets to them all!
What a load of old ballacks.
Alcohol is an equal opportunity destroyer. 😢
Dreyfuss = didn't get along with Robert Shaw
From what I understand, at that point in Shaw's career, nobody got along with him.
Got to the point I don't watching much TV anymore
I'm surprised Yul Brynner didn't make it to the Top 70, so these 70 other ones really must be really nasty or irritating guys...
I kept a little list of well known actors who also didn't make it to this list of most evil, but I'll leave it up to the "experts" and "fans" whether they belong in the categorie "evil but not among the 70 most evil" ones or in that of "real mister nice guys" off screen.:
George Clooney
Matt Damon
Michael Douglas
Clint Eastwood
Harrison Ford
Dennis Hopper
Harold Llyod
Karl Malden
Gregory Peck
Joe Pesci
Ronald Reagan
Robert Redford
George Segal
Oh yes, and Laurel & Hardy of course :)
clark gable in run silent;run deep.
Milton Beryl was a jerk! 😅
Gene Kelly,James cagney,Vla kimner and Charlie Sheen should not be on this list
YEAH, like Nicholson had a friend😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Guiness = hated Star Wars
AI wrote the scrip to this 100%...
Well guess what "Robo Voice" you are the evil one!
Jimmy Savile needs to top the list. But I guess he wasn't an actor. Just a media personality.
Pearce Brosnan is Irish not engl
But hey, why not go along with the good ole Johnny Mercer song "Ac-cen-tu-ate the positive ? Why not make a list of the nicest ones, those that generally make time for their fans ?
And frankly, I understand why some of those actors mentioned don't always get along with their "fans": some of these fans can become VERY invasive, like emptying trash cans, climb over fences and walls, irritate relaxing stars in restaurants etc. in stead of giving them the privacy they sometimes want. They don't want to be 150 % of the time in the spotlights. So, what about the things the most evil fans diid, if you are unable to accentuate the "+" ?
While I already feel there's different
degrees or levels of evil anyway, being
hot tempered, having a drinking
problem in of themselves are not
indicative of an evil streak.
On the other hand, incestuous
relationships, spousal abuse and
trying to hide a murder, those are
definitely evil.
Being a pedophile/ rapist or a
murderer with no remorse, that is
a persona of evil, imo.
Most of the people on this list, seem
more bullyish and hot tempered than
definitively evil.
Although sexual harassment still
doesn't seem to be taken seriously
a lot of times, which disgusts me a
lot, this culture should've wised up a
lot more than that by now, but it
hasn't and my confidence and
hope with that keeps fading, to a
discouraging degree.
The actors that have come forward
about abuse, I applaud them inspite
of being threatened, sadly though
sometimes the abusers still wins in
the end.
As for the celebrities who don't like
being pestered by the paparazzi, well
that's another reason why I stopped
wanting to be a celebrity years ago.
Celebrities are people just like every
one else, and if they don't want their
personal life broadcasted they
should have that right.
And saying ' personal life' does Not
include spousal and child abuse or
covering up harassment behind the
scenes, I'll make that sparkling clear
right now. That stuff deserves being made public, so that's a different
story. But the celebrities who do
said things deserve having their
images and careers destroyed .
I won't argue with that.
My, they're all soooo evil. Waste of time.
None of these surprise me
OMG! The really are human!! Say it isn't so!!
Bruce Lee = are you going to mess with him?
I wouldn't call some of these actors "evil", assholes maybe but not evil.
Nicholson - evil 👿
Most Evil Actors
Kevin Spacey is a bad guy 😮
I didnt see anyone as EVIL in this . Maybe spoiled but not evil.
Dont know about anyone else but I cant think of anyone that hasnt at one time or another saying something rude to thier boss.
These actors in many of these cases ,got pissed at thier boss the directers. Does that make them evil?
Dont think so.
This clip is evil cuz its mostly untrue.
The title The Most Evil Actors in Hollywood is something of a misnomer and rather silly. I'd only call Bill Cosby evil. The rest just had bad moods like most of the rest of us. It must be so stressful being different characters all the time no wonder they forgot who they were. All this could be based on rumour and hearsay so I will withhold judgement
He's not the only one
Why only Cosby??
Well what do you expect? You have to be in a certain frame of mind just like other professions to do the job. The best part is, if we do not feel like seeing their act, or who they think they are, we can leave the movie or turn the channel! Wow...I sure wish I could change the channel on some other people that are bad actors!
There is far too much unexamined negativism in these portraits. For instance, you don't say a word about Woody Allen's claim of innocence, a claim backed by the girl's brother.
The narrator could have saved himself and us a lot of time by just make a list of the 'good' guys....... 🙋🏼♀️🌷the ones that are good may be sometimes difficult, the ones that are not so good always are.......
Jerry Lewis - possibly manic 😅
We all are human 😅
Stewart = was also in combat that's explains it
I always loved movies with Autie shiffer he was a world war2 veteran
Audie Murphy
To call people who had a temper evil is a pretty big exageration. And you didn't talk about Kirk Douglas sleeping with Natalie Wood when she was 16. That is way more evil than anything Wells, Wayne, Dean, Shatner... in other words, your list sucks. Sorry man. Please, Brosnan is Irish, not British.
not to mention anyone who has ever worked with brosnan adores him, from co stars to canteen staff, while corden is a noted asshole!
Mundane platitudes
You tell us, But you don't tell us😕.. Each interviaual needs more information. You're just giving a teaspoon when a full desert sppon is needed in such an intriguing subject😕
Bale= on set drama queen
How come these sound more like opinions then actual facts?🤔
Seagal? yea way overrated
So your saying your perfect
where are the fact checkers?
THIS IS THE MOST MORONIC BS FILLED CLIP IVE EVER WATCHED!
he's English there it is.
Bronson= was in combat wouldn't you be?
This post is a waste of 59 minutes...
