@@leslieg7530 they can definitely cause them. if your blood pressure is high enough. I gave myself one in a very stressful situation when receiving shocking news about a loved one. I thought I'll die.
Gosh I needed that bit around the 25 minute mark about not being worthless and being a great person that exists. Going into my second trimester of pregnancy and I have been having horrible anxiety attacks almost daily about not being a good enough person/parent. It’s so nice to have a loving reminder that I am strong and capable and not at all worthless. 💖💖🙏🏻

Yay!!! I spent my first 34 years near the beach and I am 100%an ocean/sea person. My inner persona definitely has some mermaid in there. So sad that we had to move inland 25 years ago, but I try to visit the ocean several times a year. My happy place 🥰
I've been dealing with depression for a while now and my thoughts and feelings towards myself are very non-loving. I am trying to heal from childhood trauma so when you said "any feelings of self doubt, worthlessness give them to the shell. Let the shell suck them out of you. You are not worthless, you are an amazing human creation. You have lived a rich life even if it is hard. You have learned and become stronger even if you don't realize it" I just immediately started crying and then I gave my worries to the shell. Thank you so much for your videos. They really REALLY help.

Sarah, thank you for bringing us Oceanic Reiki. You have inspired me to begin collecting beautiful large shells. I bought my first abalone in hopes of joining your Oceanic Reiki class but it was sold out by the time I got my abalone from Etsy :(. I will look out for the next one. When I was a young girl I was obsessed with mermaids... I read mermaid tales, dreamt of them, drew them, and pretended to be a mermaid every summer at the public pool.... I feel so drawn to oceanic reiki. I am a Usui Reiki Master, but now I want to learn Oceanic Reiki. Please let me know when you are offering your next class online.

I found the abalone shells hypnotic..especially the red tinted one with the angel wing at its centre. The theme of drawing out pain and negative energies, doubt and self sttengthening has been so supportive. Sarah this oceanic reiki helped me with kidney stone related body pains, it helped reduced the pain by 60-70% and with help of light medication and diet change I got rid of my pains but if it wasn’t for your healings I would have been much worse, thank you!!!
