If you ever get a chance to do energy work with a real Reiki Master, it is absolutely phenomenal. Now, it is very possible some people can achieve a méditative state more deeply than others. I miss my Reiki Master very much. Stay away from charlatans, though. Plenty of those.

Suggestion to make your videos better... Wear a microphone on your clothing instead of in the room. The room has an empty echo sound when speaking.
