NicoAW endurance racing pit stops tend to be a touch more relaxed than something like a nascar stop. The driver change takes longer than the wheel change done at regular speed, and they're only allowed two past the red line at any point. so instead of risking mistakes, they take their time and make sure those wheels are on.
