I think your best strategy is to, rather than trying to make a "generically good" deck that has a 10% matchup against everything, make a deck that's fully tuned to snipe a single popular deck in the format. All you need to do is win a single match, so make an oops-all-graveyard-hate deck and pray for reanimator, or better yet, make a red midrange deck and wait for the monored prison matchup, where all their prison pieces are blanks. You're never gonna beat value pile decks like delver or beanstalk control anyway.
I noticed other ppl commented you got the 1k did you win a match i didnt see and get it? Only way to win a match with this pile i think is get reallly lucky. Personally I think it should be possibe. Will attempt this challenge myself and see if i can win in tournament practice room.

This honestly seems impossible
The condition was too harsh. Even with a complete modern deck you can hardly win a match in a Legacy league, let alone block constructed.
That why it reward 1000usd.
