For some cases and heroes setups it is hard to close this boss before his Ultimate. Even so it is still possible to pass this in 2 phases.

Setup ur Boss kill comb first, dont place brokkir where u placed him first.
Brokkir at crystal with heal and MDmg (Noc)
Silas + Dolores bot, but silas bot Dolores on top
easier imo.
When ure done with the boss, recall
tank, silas, dolores and setup on crystal. GG. its way easier.

It is very old video. I was not able to kill the boss before his ultimate. That's why I decided to show that it is still possible to kill the Boss even if you are not able to nuke the boss before his ultimate.
But ofc you are completely right that if you waiting for creeps near crystal it gives you extra room to add dd and kill boss faster. But as I said it is the old video. 19.09

It was recorder in September. I have uploaded it +-month ago when started to share videos on youtube. I thought this one can be useful for some crazy guys with low gear and heroes who are attempting Nightmare Void Rift and are not able to kill boss until his ultimate :)
