Laseer was the hardest boss for me from the all bosses from 2 different weeks.

Give it a try!
But keep in mind that if you do not take rewards from floors you can switch difficulty once.
So go NM and if it appears too hard yet you can switch back to "Hard".
Ofc you can see that my gear was pretty good, but there are a lot of good ideas about heroes placement and tactics so you can use them and empower your teams with your leggos to cover gear difference.
