Patty Cake

Growing up in Hawaii almost everyday before or after school we would stop to buy pakecake and soda. It was only .25 at the time for both, you can never get away from that taste. Though, it's not an original recipe for the pakecake, I've tweeked it to my taste and called it Patty cake...haha. I hope you enjoy making it and if you sell it, pay it forward.
