There are basically not even hacks that can do that. Next level.
Edit: Frame by frame. Holy shit. So fast that you tricked the server IN THE MIDDLE OF TWO FRAMES (Shown by screen tear). Fucking insane speed.

It was probably before they changed it to fortify giving headshot negation. Fortify didn’t always negate headshots.
