Tofu Tiramisu | How to Make Tiramisu Super Healthy!

  • Tiramisu made with Tofu!!
    The base is made with oats soaked in coffee.
    This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly.
    I hope you try making this super simple and yummy recipe!
    Ingredients:
    ● 2 tsp instant coffee
    ● 2 tbsp hot water
    ● 4 tbsp oats
    ● 300g silken tofu
    ● 4 tbps sweetener of choice
    ● 1 tsp vanilla extract
    ● to garnish: pure cacao powder

    I'm italian and i approve your changes. This makes it much healthier, rich in proteins and fiber and it couldnt be better. I never tought about oats instead of biscuits, but its a very good idea. The perfect dessert for gym rats too!

    Just tried it today and it was really delicious. My husband was impressed and didn't know that it was made with tofu :) I added a few toasted coconut chips as a topping! Thank you!!

      @@ayaxcx1469 the texture is smooth and silky, and it has a hint of tofu! It’s not super strong in tofu flavour (depends what tofu you use) but I wouldn’t recommend if you dislike tofu!

    I used extra firm tofu so i have to add almond milk to help my blender its in the fridge now by 1 am i can add the cocao powder

    I had this video on my playlist for a long time and finally made it because my son is obsessed with tofu and we LOVED it. It's so simple and the texture was like flan or something it was amazing. I don't drink coffee so I used Pero and it worked great. And I used dates for my sweetener ❤️😋

    Omg m just spooning into a cup of it !! Absolutely loveee the recipe! The texture the taste 🤤 however I would recommend a pinch of salt to really lift that flavour. Thanks for the recipe !

    Love the creativity. I just tried it and realized it isnt for me. You can absolutely taste the tofu. I can see potential though and will try it once more with condensed milk. Thank you for sharing this.

      Oh I’m sorry to hear that! Perhaps try a different brand of tofu next time? Some tofu have really strong soy flavour and some have less. I hope you will like it better next time 🤞

    I've seen people blend extra firm tofu for tofu "yoghurt" and still have it be really smooth, so I'm going to try it out with firm tofu. I can get that for dirt cheap in a Chinese supermarket, but they don't sell silken. You can only get silken in my country at the really expensive stores. I'm sure it won't be too different lol

    This sounds lovely! I was just wondering how long do you think it will stay on the fridge? I want to make it but i’m afraid it’ll goes bad if i don’t finish it straight away

      I froze the one I didn't eat and it worked out perfectly well (just thaw in the fridge or room temp).
      But if you want to keep them in the fridge I'd recommend you to consume within 2-3 days!

    I just realised I got all ingredients needed for this recipe !!! I’m just not sure about having oats 😕 I recently bought silken tofu but I didn’t realise there is big difference between silken firm and soft tofu as on mine soft it says it is for mainly appetisers and desserts before I bought silken firm tofu and it was my first time I was amazed how close to fish it’s consistency is crazy also it was really yummy in some golden crunchy coating I made from yt video 🥰🥰☺️☺️ Im just worried how the tofu tiramisu tastes the tofu taste I mean I never ate dessert like this ? Is there anything or a taste that you could compare them for me to ?? Pls 😊😉👋

      Tofu tiramisu does have a hint of soy flavour, but I can barely taste it probably because I like tofu! If you imagine any sweets made from soy milk it tastes a bit like that ☺️

      I also like your videos :) I watched some of them yesterday and I like how you show japanese everyday food :) I've lived in Japan for about a year and I miss the food/snacks a lot sometimes 😭 On your channel you are mostly using ingredients that you can also get in Germany or can easily replace :) and that is very great.
