Assessing the economic & social impact of Uganda's reforms from 1986 to 2012 is a lecture delivered on October 10 to Strathmore Business School students of the Master in Public Policy and Management by Prof Samuel Sejjaaka, a renowned Ugandan professor based in Makerere University. He is also a respected businessman, and entrepreneur in Uganda and in the region at large.
