Its 1/25/2022. I am still waiting on my Relocube from 1/10/2022. I ask for 3 day expedited service. They will assigned a moving specialist to your shipment to give you updates on where your shipment is as if you don't know already through the tracker. They don't give you any reason why its delayed. They don't care. They just keep apologizing over and over and over again. Giving you updates on where your shipment is does not change the fact they never give you a proper reason why the service you paid for wasn''t properly executed. # pathetic
