do you use tongue vibrato or a different type of vibrato?
I mostly use breath pressure fluctuation or throat (similar to saying "ugh") for vibrato. I only use my tongue when I want to make a really big vibrato.
@@YukiTakeda I do tongue or jaw vibrato. It sounds more... proper to me, because it changes the pitch instead of volume. When I whistle with my hands I use the breath pressure thing though because it changes also pitch.
@@outandabout259 That is totally up to you. The classical flute uses volume vibrato, so there is no “proper” or “not proper” in my opinion :)
@@YukiTakeda the reason for my preference is probably the fact that I listen to quite a bit of violin music.
