- RAZOR SX500 BEFORE/AFTER MAJOR POWER UPGRADE from Electro & Co.
-----------------------------------------
We tested out the Razor SX500 and decided to upgrade to the 72V kit from Electro & Co. It took roughly 5 hours to swap the old gear with the new, but we were taking our time. This is an easy upgrade, and the power is absolutely nuts. We decided to film the entire process from receiving and testing out the stock-Razor SX500 to tearing it apart and putting together the E&C parts, lastly riding the streets. The upgrade is costly, but it does not disappoint with speeds reaching 35mph without even changing out the 11-tooth standard sprocket. The stock Razor looses power immediately when going from street to dirt/grass, so we needed to try this out. I highly recommend reaching out to Electro & Co. via email for any questions...these electric pit bikes are a blast!

Mechanic big and mini James trying to make an edit?
So fun huh!!! I just built a 72 volt sx too... can't get enough of riding it!🤙
The best!
Excellent video , deserves way more views than this!!!
Thank you!
Waiting for my kit for my RSF 650 😁 wish I could post a pic of how it look for you.
Hey, just ordered the E&C kit and am so hype. Doing research now on how I want to install the battery - where'd you get that case? And how did you end up mounting it? Definitely want to reinstall my battery cover like you did. Subbed to see more!
Installation all depends on what bike you are using, luckily the SX500 is super easy with the new battery. The E&C razor kit comes with the new stainless steel battery casing like you see in our video. We use one heavy strap and the plastic razor trip helps keep everything snug.
@@SugarkaneTV No way, that's awesome! Ya I have an MX500 (czcams.com/video/8G44QwRkG3k/video.html) that I'm doing this build on and im so damn excited for it
Is it possible the play around with the controller settings?
Hey is this possible on a SX350
Did you have to cut the plastic box that holds the battery so the controller would fit?
Yeah there is already a small notch, which I took strong scissors to open it up. Let me know if you have any other questions.
did the kit come with a charger?
Yes, kit comes with everything you need.
What battery are you running?
We installed the 72V 5000W from Electro & Co website. Looks like you can pre-order a 11000W extreme version, which is absolutely nuts!
I keep changing my mind between a 72v Razor or a Talaria XXX🫣
