To make your life easier when baking a turkey, use a baking thermometer so to avoid slicing the turkey open just to check if it’s already cook or not.
Yeah..that's the most important thing to do, use a thermometer..should register 165. And drizzle the bird with butter before roasting and baste every 30 mins. I make very moist and tasty roasted turkey. I brine overnight with salt, brown sugar and spices...that's the key.

I have never tried turkey in my whole life I mean cooking it one whole but your recipe looks good because the stuffing can be eaten as well. we used to buy grilled chicken here but never eaten their stuffing because I have not seen what are the ingredients they put inside. now that I have observed what you put inside as stuffing I would like to try it myself thanks for sharing

Combined effort to make a thanksgiving turkey. Nice twist with the stuffings but the turkey looks dry overcooked and kinda burnt. But still looks like everyone enjoyed thats whats great with pinoys always making the best out of any situation.

Wow never heard Na pwede gawing stuffing yung sweet potato . Usually nilalagay ng mom Ko is pre-made Na Na stuffing . Kung sabagay iba iba Naman recipe ng tao. Pero looks delicious.
