@@a2-antonio892 I was visiting Spain to see my mother who moved there following her career. I had long planned our Gordon Ramsay meal and my visit was timed for just that. Gordon, at the time, was in Spain doing Kitchen Nightmares. My mother and I drove into Nerja to the burger joint he was working. He definitely does have the temper in the kitchen but anyways. The burgers were good but they weren't anything next level to me, my mother on the other hand absolutely loved hers she still talks about that burger. Ramsay came to our table(he went around the whole place we weren't special) and asked us how we liked our meal. I was nervous so I told him it was the best I ever had to which he was delighted. Im glad he was delighted, but it made me realize my own personal taste in food effects how I judge others cooking. Mainly because I probably like my food cooked in a way Gordon would roast me for but thats OK with me because I like it better than his.
