I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Dragon used square boot to counter the back-dash sektor combo at 1:12, then the next time Dragon tried to square boot out of the same combo, Sonic knew he was going to do it again at 1:49 so he baited it and blocked. This is why he is the best player in mkx, that type of fast adaption is what got him the title.
Also to be fair, sektor has 50/50 mix ups. He has an overhead starter, a teleport, a tracking missile, high damage, and a teleport string that can be amplified to be safe. He is pretty stupid in terms of having so much tools. With Kitana there is no real guessing, just block low and be weary of spacing.
@@jaydel3 sektor's overhead is reactable, or at least fuzzyable. You can interrupt the meter burn teleport meaning that if you time it right, you will always punish the teleport. He has no good mids, with f43 ending with a high unless you do f4-dd3, which is also unsafe . F2 is a fake mid because most fast pokes go under it.

thats happened before to me as well where someone jumped over sektors ex flamethrower on wake up. there must be a sweet spot on that move where the flames dont reach.its only happened once for me though. i thought maybe it was a glitch due to lag, but after seeing it happen to sonic fox im convinced theres a spot up there right above him where the flames dont reach.
