Today we start the EART GW2- PRO Project series. This is the second Eart project on the channel and I've been really excited to do this since I got it.
I have the same guitar in blue. Love it. Only thing I've done to it so far is replace the bridge pickup with a planet tone defiance pickup. I'll probably put a planet tone 59 in the neck.
Do you think just using the Dremel to go over the wood grain is enough to get the “sandblasted” look? I do not have access to a sandblaster but I always love how these turn out, if I could get close enough just using the dremel I might need to give it a try
Ud get a better and deeper result with the dremel honestly the sandblaster will just open it up the dremel will etch it out more if you do the dremel the sandblaster is really needed i did it to just clean it up and open up the back and sodes where i didnt use the dremel just make sure ur finish is all the way off.
