I bought a 1991 mx-5 miata when i was 17 with no idea how iconic of a car it really was...It was on coilovers and had 16" rims on it. I loved that car so much. It's really in part what made me love racing and opened the gateway to cars in general for me...I loved that little car :P

Awesome that you're back, always puts a smile on my face, so thanks! The BMW M1 Procar is a really fun car. IRL they did M1 Procar Championships in like 1979 & 80, with drivers like Niki Lauda, Nelson Piquet, Mario Andretti, Clay Regazzoni etc.

I had a Mazda 323f from '92 once...same headlights...I loved it!
But they had some mechanical issues and sometimes only one would pop up.
It looked like the car would blink.😉

Hey, Ricky! I really enjoy all your videos. I am a PCars fan, too. But lately I've been playing Assetto Corsa a lot, and I have to tell you that with SOL and custom shaders, this game is taking the Pcars place in my heart.
It has so many cars and tracks mods, day and night transition, rain, lots of car classes, and most of them are free. All thanks to the community which is making this game a must to play. Yes, I know that it doesn't have some resources that Pcars has, like qualifying and dynamic track, but with Content Manager you can do almost anything you like. Thanks to SOL and custom shaders, the graphics are amazing, very light but extremely beautiful. The physics are also amazing. You should try it!
When I say Assetto Corsa, I mean the first one, not Assetto Corsa Competizione (which I also own).

The Ford Probe .. their attempt to replace / revive the Capri (which should have NEVER been cancelled). Front wheel drive and basically a re-shelled Mazda MX-6 ... NO ... NO ... NO :) Bring back the widow maker Capri 3.0 V6 beast!! Love watching your vids Ricky, hope your keeping healthy and looking after yourself and the Wife. Keep safe x
Lol I love pop up headlights and my son loves them too hence he owns a MK3 Supra, and I know the probe very well, as I owned a Mazda mx6 which was essentially the same variant but made by Mazda of course.

Those cars are absolutly awesome in PrC2. Another one of those strange ones tho where you have to set the brake Bias very much to the rears to get a normal braking feel. (Dont forget to adjust the cooling accordingly). The final drive needs a tweak aswell if i remember correctly, set it towards acceleration a click or two and this thing starts to become a whole lot of fun and looks amazing. Saw some RL races of those racing each other on Spa, an absolute treat to watch.
As far as the headlights go, 80's electronic gizmo's,.... Think they stayed away from turning them on unless they reaaaaallly had to :p

Pretty new to project cars 2 .. I just got a wheel setup to make this game easier... Ha... It's even harder now lol... But still great.. 😀
Had the same experience when I first got my wheel, but don’t worry it will definitely pay off once you get the hang of it and get the precision down. Also good pedals make it a lot easier good luck!
Ozoic P1 thanks, I got the G29 and the pedals are great, I'm just struggling getting up to speed and staying on the track while cornering .. but like you say is getting easier.. is funny though cos I also have F1 2017 and that's way easier to control using the same wheel and pedals... I'll stick with it until I feel confident enough to go online.
I just did 270 laps on road america with gt3 porsche, and have to say i started to got the hang of it somewhere around 150-200 laps, so it pays to practise

I have been playing ACC aswell and it's nice to drive but just is not polished like Pc2 is as far as PC Performance and a little buggy still .....I got pissed off the other night doing a pit in ACC and got disqualified because it didn't do the driver change

Nice race. Asseto Corsa with DRM revival mod still has my fav version of the BMW M1 (780BHP). Not a fan of the Ferrari and Porche cars in PC2 much., they sound really bad. Track details in PC2 are nice in most cases.

What setup did you use for this car? Do you just take one of the defaults and turn down front and/or rear downforce or do you usually tweak something else as well when you get into lobbies with cars I guess you haven't driven too much? Nice race btw.
Used the base setup and reduced rear downforce 2 clicks (should hav ebeen more imo) softened the front slightly. Setup was not good though, decent for Monza
Super job. Hard to find interesting lobbies like this. Alot of GT3, in my opinion the most boring class in the game..... So much to choose from in this game it's a shame!

How can you find these interesting lobbies? All I can find is modern GT cars or any modern Formula Series (although I like every series).

Yeah exactly, car was mechanicaly the exact same as a Mazda MX6, but made for the US market. Fun car, really fun to drive and that V6 sounded amazing
