South Africans super surprised by this👀
There's no apple store in South Africa, it's only 3rd parties.
@@Niwdalg We have the premium resellers
@@BraxtinKid But it's still 3rd parties.
@@BraxtinKid still third parties
theres actualy a lot of apple stores in south africa do your research
Tim Cook mentioned that they will be launching one soon in Africa. I was under the impression that all our Apple stores in South Africa were official, turns out they are just 3rd party Apple Approved premium resellers. Interesting..
Actually it will be unpleasant to see the price tag on the devices, leading to many products in the store but nearly no audience to sell them to.
They probably think we can’t afford but we’re the ones who pay CASH for it even though it’s more expensive here than in the US and co. 😅
They will go to South Africa 🇿🇦 first
They would open it first in South Africa or Nigeria
None is New Zealand either 🧐
If corruption and chances of stealing from iphone shops were considerable issues, then iPhone shops would not exist in Sao Paulo and Rio either.
The best country to set up a store would be Egypt, Rwanda or South Africa
My iPhone friends say that's what makes Apple a mighty company, could you believe that 😄
Same thing always comes to my mind, but guess what!!@Apple don't care😂💔
there is actually tons of apple stores in Africa and south Africa
Istore and apple stores are different.
They both sell apple products but apple has extra services
Definitely SA
Apple Stores are retail stores owned and operated by Apple Inc. while iStore is an authorized third-party retailer/reseller that sells Apple products and accessories. There's no difference between the products but just the operator
I see a lot of confusion in the comments. hope this helps to clarify.
Great content Rick I believe Apple launched in India last year & they working on entering Africa by 2026
The difference will be the price...
Them no rate us
#apple
There are a few in South Africa
Lol No! 😂there's no Apple store in South Africa those are 3rd party resellers
We have an Apple store in Namibia , Windhoek , Groove Mall ....Can't relate
If u say so 😄
Its istore not apple store 🤦♂️ I’m embarrassed
Yup, I only recently learnt about this. Always thought the istores in South Africa were Apple stores :/ sadly just a good reseller
Definitely SA will be their stop
What are you talking about? We have iStores in major Malls in South Africa.
iStore not Apple store. iStore is a third party distributor that is affiliated to Apple.
@apple
SA in Africa does
Zero comprehension skills in SA
IStore is a reseller
wdym its an apple store ...sells products directly from apple @@lindanixaba1227
There's an Apple store in South Africa
There isn't. Check the official apple website
South Africa or Nigeria because there’re the biggest economy in Africa
Yh I think we need to stop using their products since they’ve not recognized us as part of their customers 0:24 @Apple
Cameroon would be the first to have it, so Nigerians would just have to cross over
Zambia has an Apple store
its an istore and not Apple store they are third party store
A question that's been in my mind for a long time now. I think it will be Nigeria, if Apple were open a store in Africa. Plus I don't want to say this but, I think it's Racism 😅
there's lots of them here in SA though
iStore is not an Apple shop/store. iStore more of an authorised distributor.
That is what i once heard
@@sinethembazithaoh...ok,will research it.Thanks
All iStores are Premium resellers
Dude should be championing for phones made in Africa but is here boot!i&ing iphones
LOL
Why shoild we care about having apple storea????
Biafra is coming
Mate there's plenty of Apple store here in SA, in Namibia and I believe Botswan as well.
Those are 3rd party stores
No Apple store in South Africa those are 3rd party resellers not Apple store
they dont aatually care about you.
You are lying, I am in Africa in South Africa to be exact, and we have lots of Apple Stores here, I live in Nelspruit and we have one in iLanga Mall
Good to hear
The 95% plus of other Africans can’t say same
Thanks for letting us know 😊
no you don't, those are 3rd parties in malls or something like that, if you think you're that guy, go on the official apple site and check to see if the stores you think you have is even listed on there. we have multiple in malls in nigeria too, but those aren't stand alone buildings dedicated solely to the apple store like you see in the west
There isn't a single Apple Store in South Africa.
I'm South African. I live in Dubai. I've bought numerous iPhones from iStore South Africa and Apple in Dubai and there isn't a single Apple Store anywhere in South Africa.
😮huh.. pure lies . . 📍 South Africa 🇿🇦
iStore is not an Apple shop/store. iStore more of an authorised distributor.
That is what i once heard
Please South Africans stop embarrassing us those are 3rd party resellers not an actual Apple stores
1. Majority of iPhone users (90%) in Africa are using second hand used iPhones. Majority holding iPhone 11 and below.
2. Apple chose to create one flagship phone each year hence not offering choice to its consumers. Whereas Xiomi, Samsung, Itel, tecno and other brands. Give us variety of options from ultra flagships (better than iPhone) to budget and low cost phones that cater for a wider range of market and affordability.
Africa is financially poor continent and even if we can afford iPhones cash, we can only afford older models and hence no need for a flagship store in many of the African countries.
