I can't even talk to my daughter husband as they talk to that person. Please help🙏

blocking could be your immediate response . when you do the practice regularly then a time would come that it wouldn't really matter because all the hurt would have gone away and then its a choice , to keep them blocked or unblock...... You only have to realize you have the hurt within you and that person is just the trigger . Once the emotion goes away , no one else would trigger you in the future. that is healing your own self

I would say do this practice every single day of your life. Listen to the Ho-oponopono song.. Wake up with Gratitude and ask the universe to show you new opportunities and possibilities.
