- Though it's a strange summer, I still wanted to play with a little bit of adventure style again this year. Here are some vintage inspired outfits, mostly 1940's things, along with a little story line about a would be journalist working her way towards being reunited with her love abroad.
For those who are like "what?! Reno??" that's where all the glam gals in 1940's movies dashed off to for a quicker divorce back in the day.

I think the adorable entomologist should be a long running character. I appreciated the end with the patrons running over the luggage! Very well designed. I love these mini movies so much!!
I nearly spit my tea out on hearing the line, lunch with an entomologist. I have a long torso and short legs. I think this style of clothing may look good on me because of the waist being so high. Thanks for your video.
I love these mini fashion shows. I'm seriously envious of all the clothes that you have. My wardrobe is quite compact with all the pieces at least doing double duty and most doing at least triple duty or more, meaning it has to be upper profesionsl, business casual, church or ministering and Goth. Punk is a big bonus though. Now I'm inspired to do the Black Dahlia look.

How delightful! My great Aunt Pat finagled her way over to London and bought a car, and signed up for the Ambulance Brigade in probably as much style during this time. You even look like her, as she was a black haired beauty too.

Wonderful little movie as usual. A beautiful collection of clothing. I love a smart cut suit but then when I see them I am reminded I also enjoy the pencil skirt and trouser outfits. I’ve expanded my beret colour range too this Autumn and its fun! 💕

You just have to accessorize haha, I have a rotating cast of funky sunglasses to pair with my hardhat and safety vest to keep my "looks" fresher than I smell.

Do you also make the hats?
Sometimes! Most of my hats are vintage though, as it can be very difficult to source high quality or vintage straw braid and capelines, so buying vintage straw hats is actually far easier than making them :)
